Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note - item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/ plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including:

(a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design.

(b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc.

(c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium items. The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.

Providing and fixing in wall lining medium density fibre board IS: 14587:1998 marked, Pre-laminated one side decorative lamination and other side balancing lamination, with necessary fixing arrangement and screws etc. complete.

12 mm thick.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Providing valleys of 90 cm wide overall in plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete :

1.60 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 350 gm/m²

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

Providing and fixing poly carbonate sheet of 12mm for roofing on the structural steel structure for covering the open to sky area as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and fixing of glazing plate over polycarbonate sheet with steel structure as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing tougned glass 8mm thick in panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazing for windows.

Air-Conditioning

Supply, Installation,Testing & Commissioning of modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow / Variable Refrigerant Volume air cooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling and heating,having all hermetically sealed inverter type Scroll Compressor(s), minimum two compressors for above 14 HP modules, micro processor based Controller ,top discharge type condensing unit(s),with R410A Refrigerant,vibration isolators, with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions and work even at 50°C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V +/-10%, 3 Phase, 50 Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.1 and IEER not less than 6.5 .

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of following minimum capacity and external static pressure VRF / VRV ceiling mounted ductable type Indoor unit equipped with washable synthetic media pre-filter, fan section with low noise fan / dynamically balanced blower, multispeed motor, coil section with DX copper coil, electronic expansion valve, corded remote control, outer cabinet, vibration isolators, drain pan, other necessary supports etc.,suitable for operation on single phase AC supply 230V ± 10%, 50 Hz complete as required. The unit shall have automatic force shut down provision in case of fire on receiveing signal from BMS System. The cooling capacity of indoor unit will be at air inlet conditions of 27 Degree C DB and 19 Degree C WB temperature. High Static Ductable units (minimum 110 pascal external static pressure)

Supply and fixing of acoustic lining of supply air duct and plenum with 25 mm thick resin bonded glass wool having density of 32 kg/m³, with 25 mm X 25 mm GI section of 1.25 mm thick, at 600 mm centre to centre covered with Reinforced Plastic tissue paper and 0.5 mm thick perforated aluminum sheet fixed to inside surface of ducts with cadmium plated nuts, bolts, stick pins, CPRX compound etc. complete as required and as per specifications.

Supplying and fixing of following thickness duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class "O") insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required.

Providing and fixing flexible power cable of 3 core x 6 sqmm copper between Indoor units and their power points , including end termination complete with thimbles etc complete in all respect

NOTES FOR AIR-CONDITIONING:- 1) The Copper Piping & Piping Circuit should be with Minimum Number of joints, which shall be attained by : (i) Using One End Expanded Tubes (ii) Bending the tubes instead of using elbow joints wherever 90 degree bending is required. (2) Piping should be routed at site in such a manner, that brazed joints in the refrigeration piping are kept to a minimum. (3) The makes of tube fittings shall be same as that of tubes. (4) The thickness of fittings used shall be same as that of the pipe. (5) The rates quoted for Air-Conditioning are deemed to be included First time charging of Refrigerant Gas of machines & whole system and all the Y-Joints for copper piping etc.

External Power Supply

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.
