Material and labour for Servicing and Maint of Central Heating System at Adm Area, 34 AP (electric heater based hot glycol generator) which includes the following:- (a) Maintaining Inside temparature of Bldgs at 22 degree Centigrade + 2 degree, RH 50% + 5 %, Air Changes 1.5 (naturally outside ambient condition in winter temp -20 degree centigrade , RH 60 to 70%). (b) Draining all the glycol from the pipes to storage tank and descaling of PPR pipes by circulating sulphuric acid through pump to all circulating pipes after removing the sludge from the pipes, refilling the drained glycol including skilled technician from reputed company for repair to major parts, replacement of minor parts such as MS insulated shell, multiple bank of immersion heaters, control panel with conventional controls, indication lamps, Volt meter Amp meter, selecter switches, for smooth functioning of 03 Nos of Boiler of capacity upto 4 Lakh K-Cal each all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for dismantling of burner rod assembly and removing of side cover of boiler capacity 4 lakh kilo/cal/hr and servicing of boiler by using coil shine chemical and removing the carbon/oil deposits including repair to coil assembly if there is any leakage found or any other repair required at site and reassembling/testing the same complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix sequence controller suitable for 04 lakh Kilo/Cal/hr burner rod assembly complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:Seimens/L&T/Schneider

Supply and fix ignition rod suitable for 4 Lakh Kilo/Cal/hr burner rod assembly complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Ignition Transformer with lead electronic type suitable for 04 lakh Kilo/Cal/hr burner rod assembly complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Make:Danfoss/L&T/Schneider

Supply and fix in replacement of diesel filters suitable for boiler of capacity 4 Lakh K cal/Hr as per existing complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for complete servicing of diesel pumps suitable for boiler of capacity 4 Lakh K cal/Hr including replacement of bearings, seal etc as per site requirement ccomplete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of old diesel burner set of capacity 4 Lac kcal/hr comprising of diffuser, nozzle, electrodes, blast tube, solenoid valve, air damper adjustment, gear pump, coupling set, oil supply pipe, gasket, ignition transformer, reset button, flame detector and controller complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply and fix in replacement of 1 HP Motor Electric driven single phase 230 volts complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix temperature controller digital type DTC 503 with sensor suitable for 4 lakh Kilo/Cal/Hr LAL 2.25 burner rod assembly, complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make- Siemens or equivalent make as approved by GE.
