Particulars as to whether voltage limiting device will be employed:-ATS/Star delta starter, oil immersed, fully automatic to be installed between bus bar and motor shunt capacitor is also proposed to be installed for improving the power factor at site.
(NOTE:- Star delta starter upto 37.5 KW, ATS between 37.5 KW to 50 KW and stator rotor starter with slip ring motor beyond 50 KW).
Motor whether squirrel cage or slipring:- Squirrel cage/slip-ring (Note:- Squirrel cage upto 65 HP and slipring above 65 HP.
Details of shaft extension reqd.:- Just sufficient to provide direct drive by flexible coupling to pump.

Providing MS sheet, 16 SWG steel fabricated floor mounted closed(Almirah type) switch board including angle iron post of suitable height and size ISA 40x40x6mm,duly painted, comprising and capable of mounting the following accessories with all internal connections: The drawing of panel board shall be suybject to approval of Engineer-in-Charge. However, if the seat pressure exceeds the limits prescribed in BIS: 780 then the sluice valves shall be of Cast steel conforming to class 150 ASA (Seat pressure 21 kg/cm^2) or Class 300- ASA )Seat pressure 52 kg/cm^2) as per BS: 1414(API -600).
Supply of Bhel/Kirloskar/Kilburn/IVC/Fouress/Gled/BHEL/Leader/Bir/Kartar/ Pelocon make of Cast Iron/Cast Steel double flanged swing check type reflux valve for delivery line of pump having bye passarrangement & size one size higher than the normal delivery size of pump and capable of withstanding nominal seat pressure as mentioned in item No. 10 (a) & comforming to BIS/API standard with upto date ammendments for delivery line of pump. NOTE:- The reflux valve shall conform to BIS 5312-1984 (part I) latest with up to date ammendments. Prov. and fixing double flanged suction, delivery pipe and common header considering site requirement, NPSH required and available & common header having area equal to two times the area of delivery branch of pump including tapers, flanges, rubber gaskets 3mm thick as per BIS:2712-1978 nuts and bolts as per 1264-1983 & special upto 5mtrs. away from the outer wall of pump house as per layout drawings approved by Engneer-in-charge. Excavation in Drains and channels etc. in earth in all kind of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work and hard blasting and chiselling etc. stacking the exvacted soil not more then 3 mtrs. clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. Layer when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then diposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.
Providing, Laying and jointing in trenches, butt welding galvanised mild steel tubes (Heavy grade) including bends of all the degree as per site requirement. (earth work in trenches and flanges to be measured and paid for separately). 65 mm dia nominal bore i/c all leads and lifts.
