Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Diesel Engine driven silent Generating Set, sound proof acoustic enclosure (Canopy CRCA Sheet of 2 mm thick & Noise level below 75 decible/M) and provn of exhaust fan inside the canopy, 125 KV, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 415V, 1500 RPM, 50 Hz, 0.8 PF complete all as specified and comprising the following and set of tools and two years maintanance spares as recommended by the manufacturer. (A) Prime Mover : Suitable for driving 125 KVA alternator, water cooled, battery start diesel engine of adequate BHP conforming to BSS frame pedestal support with anti vibration pad rated for continuous runing capable to taking 10% over load for 1 Hour in any 12 Hrs operation with specified standard accessories as per PS/manufacturers instructions including Starter, Motor for electric start with dynamic alternator, lead acid batteries heavy duty of 12 V, 180 AH and Battery Box.

(B) Alternator : 125 KVA at 0.8 PF brush less self excited, self regulated, 3phase, 50Hz, 415 V, 1500 RPM, 4 wire screen protected, drip proof enclosure free from stimulation problem continuous rating conforming to BS 2613 IS 4722 complete with aoutomatic voltage ragulator between +5% of set voltage from no load to full load.

(D) SOUND PROOF ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE:- Adequate ventilation for Gen set cooling air requirement. Absorbent/insulating material used is fire radient. Suitable thermal lagging to avoid localised heating of adjoining part of exhust. Easy access to service points on gensets. Temperature of enclosure does not exceed beyond 7 degree of ambient temp. 75 DbA at 1 mtr Distance as per CPCB norms.

Note for Srl item No 1.00:- 1. Necessary foundation for installation of DG set shall be provided as per manufacturers instructions and cost deemed inclusive of the rate quoted above. 2. Silencer & oil tanks shall be of original make of prime mover. 3. DG set should automatically start when AC main fails and load shoud also transfer on DG Set automatically and also switch of while main AC ON. 4. The Contractor shall provide Engine operation/maintenance and spare parts alternator warranty certificate and Engine Test Certificate. 5. All wiring of relays and central wiring will be of copper conductor of suitable cross section, voltage rating and number. 6. Prime mover and alternator perfectally aligned & mounted on sturdy , fabricated, adequately machined , commonn MS base fames with lifting facility , predrilled foundation holes , errected on foundation with necessary MS foundation bolts , nuts, washer. 7. Coupling & alignment of the engine and alternator on the MS base shall be done by the original equipment manufacturer ,The base plate shall be of original manufacturer. 8. Initialy filled oil &lubricants as required including during testing in deemed to be included in the cost of DG set by the contractor.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size cross section area of 150 Sqmm 3.5 core. Note : Earth work, sand cushing and cable protection cover / pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil and not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable / fixing poles, stays etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returning , filling in soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for Filling approved river sand free from sharpe particle and impurity in trenches for sand cushion for laying of cables to the full width of excavated trench, gently punned down etc all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness of sand shall be measured for purpose of payment.

Supply and laying of PCC cable cover class LV type 1 flat size 250mmx150mmx40mm, ISI marked all as specified and directed. Make : MEHTAB / NATIONAL

S&F GI tubing, light grade, 100 mm bore pipe laid in trenches/duct or in road crossing or fixed to wall/poles for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32x6 mm by means of bots, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 including 20 mm dia 'Medium' Grade watering pipe, 40 mm dia light grade GI strip protection pipe, GI wire mesh & funnel, RCC pit cover with 12mm dia MS bar handle, PCC pit of 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) etc and earthwork, excavation and testing complete all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Note: GI strip 32x6 mm upto 7.5 mtrn will be deemed to be included in quoted rate.)

Supply and fixing of change over switch side oprated handle with sheet metal enclosure four pole, 415 volts of capacity 200 Amps complete all as directed including fixing arrangement in wall surface and including making goods surfaces all as specified and directed.
