Dismantling of Manglore pattern or similar tiles in roofing.

Dismantling of timber battens for tiles of any size including tilting fillets spaced exc. 15 cm etc.

Supply and Fixing Manglore pattern tiles in roofing interlocking at side joints, laid dry.

Refixing old Manglore pattern tiles in roofing interlocking at side joints, laid dry.

Supply and Fixing Clay burnt ridge or hips tiles to suit Manglore pattern roofing tiles bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 etc.

Material and Labour for rolled mild steel sections in rafters, purlins and posts or hollow square pipe as in tiles battens/ purlins, nut bolts etc . where connected to common rafters and runnuing rails fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates and nut, bolts etc. confirnimg to Fe-290 (Gde E-165).

Dismantling of timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in sections in any position in unframed works.
