M&L for disconnecting the electric connection and dismantling the existing old LT panel board of any size and keeping aside in safe custody / deposoting to MES store yard including its accessories as schedule of credit to contractor or as directed by Engneer-in-Charge. (i) work should only be carried out in presence of JE E/M.

Supply and Fixing LT Bus bar chamber Outdoor/floor mounted suitable for 415V 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz AC Supply system busbar capacity 200A as specified .The panel should be powder coated paint for better environmental protection,made of CRCA sheet steel 3.15 mm having RYB indicating lamp and multifunctional meter for ampere and voltage rating including making of foundation of the panel ,lugs and glang of suitable size ,Fixing and connection Included all as specified and as directed.

M&L for disconnecting all xlpe cables from panel and carry out preventive Repair/Repacement of unserviceable existing wiring of LT Panel/APFC Panel, cleaning of bus bar with CRC spray and wiring with new copper wiring 2.5/4 sqmm with copper/aluminium lugs, replacing burnt epoxy insulator bar and insulating the bus bar with tape conforming with colour code and reconnecting all cables complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only the following items:- ( to be incorporated under item No : 3 above) (a) 2.5 sqmm single core sheathed copper cable

(b) 4 sqmm single core sheathed copper cable

(c) 6 sqmm single core sheathed copper cable

(d) Copper lugs of suitable size

(e) DMC resin/Red polyamide type Epoxy insulator bus bar connector/supporter of suitable size/dimension

(f) LT Panel Locking set

(g) EPDM Rubber gasket for door sealing

(h) PU Foam insulation sealent can for sealing cable entry

(i) PVC Grommet of suitable size at cable entry

(j) LT Panel Handle set

Supply and fix in repair for 3 Ph ammeter digital type 3.5 digit displayt 0-500A range squre shape with CT Coil fixed to existing LT Panels complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair for 3 Ph Voltmeter digital type 3.5 digit displayt 0-500V range squre shape with PT Coil fixed to existing LT Panels complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron/MS base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 9 meter long, complete including necessay excavation, earthwork, PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation and coping with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), including taking down old perished Steel tubular pole/Rail Pole of any height from site complete all as specified & directed. Note: cost of PCC deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 mtr wide and not exc 1.50 mtr in depth for taking out/laying of under ground cable, pole or stay and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc 50.00mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point in soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm gradeed stone aggregrate) as in foundations filling and mass for pole concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm gradeed stone aggregrate) for padestal coping incl necessary formwork finished fair using extra cement.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Painting of LT Panels of frontal size less than one squre meter by prepration of old painted surfaces, cleaning refixing panel board door with hinges,nut bolts etc removing of existing rust grease oil spot etc,priming with aluminium red-oxide and then applying 1st grade of synthetic enamelled spray paint (two coat) of approved make, brand and colours (includes cost of paint) & foundation and painting names of the distribution location, complete.all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 21 here in above but frontal size more than one squre meter. complete.all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cheaking/inspecting of Fire Extinguisher, cheak the pressure and suppressant liquid ,safety seal located at each installations and refilling/recharging the same by a certified fire equipment dealer, writing/painting the day of inspecting and due date including painting of extinguisher & bucket with red paint, complete as directed by Engineer-in charge.

M & L for taking out existing street light poles from its location including taking down all accessories/LED fittings, by excavating carfully without damaging the pole and reshifting to new location and erecting the same including PCC complete as directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for earthing with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm as earthing lead means of nut, bolts and washers made out of galvanised ireon mild steel and 40 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to contoll board or main switch or as directed by Engr -in-Charge including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pre-cast cover RCC cover lab of size 300 x 300 x 100 mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering funnels , wire mesh and provided charcoal or coke of alternative layers of 15 cm including necessary earth work complete shown in electrical plated No 3 and tesing complete. NOTE : (i) The earthing pit should be provided with proper earth pit and pit cover. Pit cover should be painted with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and pit number to be marked on a GI plate above 45 cm from GL as per colour code followed in AF Station. (ii) if the desired earth resistance is not found earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department. (iii) Testing to be carried out by the contractor in presence of Engr-in-Charge, (iv) T&P and testing instrument (meger) to be provided by the contractor at own cost.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level )with the top edges of plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to GI strip of size 32 x 6mm by means of GI nuts, bolts check nuts and washers earth lead protected by 15mm dia GI pipe light grade and connected to main distribution board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 and all as specified including testing on completion. Notes:-The unit rate also including for excavation, earth work in any type of strata, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix , type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @150mm C/C both ways ,GI funnel with GI watering pipe 20mm dia med grade ,wire mesh, protection pipe 40mm dia GI pipe light gde for earth lead upto 7.50m long complete . NOTE : (i) The earthing pit should be provided with proper earth pit and pit cover. Pit cover should be painted with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and pit number to be marked on a GI plate above 45 cm from GL as per colour code followed in AF Station. (ii) if the desired earth resistance is not found earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department. M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of LT Poles of height 8.5 / 9 mtrs height of LT OH line or street light steel tubular poles above ground level coping including cross arm channels, flat iron clamp in LT OH line by scrapping with wire brush and applying two coat of alluminium paint over one coat of primer including pole numbering, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 3 Phase 4 wire kWh meter 240V 10 - 60 A 50 Hz, LCD display with class accurcy as per IS 13779 optical port provision and IS certification mark, made out of stainless steel transparent polycarbonate body with temper proof design and should give accuracy irrespective of mounting position including weather proof hinged type box,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : (i) Copper reducing terminal is deemed to be included in rate. (ii) CT Coil of required CT Ratio is deemed to be included in rate. S&F insulated synthetic mat suitable for 1.1KV working pressure of size 2m x 1m x 12mm including taking old worn out insulated mat from various locations of E/M installations complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs glow sign board with iron channels/angles and LED strip illumination frame size 2500mm x 1200 mm, 300 mm thick complete for electric supply installations with alphabetic written on it including cables from board to nearest power point and mounting arrangments on wall or terrace of installation, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Contractor to obtain "Name of installation", font & size from office before procurment and fixing.

Disconnecting the isolation transformers outdoor / indoor type from both Input/Output LT side, opening carefully at site only by draining out transformer oil upto LT boxes for rectifying the leakage by replacing the unserviceable spare parts of capacity upto 350 KVA transformer, refilling the transformer oil and complete assembling after repairs including testing for any oil leakages and connecting the Input/Output LT side after the leakages have been rectified and tested on available electric load.complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Defective parts replaced will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" under respective items here in after. (ii) work should only be carried out in presence of JE E/M.

Supply only LT bushings with brass studs of existing specification.

Supply only top cover gasket set.

M&L for servicing, cleaning of automatic power factor panel upto 120 KVAr, 440V capacity installed at various locations of E/M installations by opening, disconnecting electrical connections, testing of control wiring, capacitors, contactors including auxilary units, APFC meter of any steps systems, indicator lamps, voltmeter, ammeter, CT's, HRC fuses etc complete and replacing the faulty spares of APFC panel with new spares of equivalent specifications / ratings as existing or as specified or directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : (a) Cost of minor spares such as lugs, HRC fuses, LED indicator lamps, cotton waste for cleaning, wire for control wiring deemed to be included in the quoated rates. (b) Cost of Capacitors, contactors, voltmeter, ammeter will be measured and paid separatly. (c) work should only be carried out in presence of JE E/M.

Filtration & de hydration of transformer oil to achieve the test results as per IE rules with filtration plant including topping up of transformer oil. Note : a) The filtration of the transformer oil is to be carried out at different sub stations of the area. b) The report before filtration & after filtration to be submitted by contractor in the approved format by licensed agent. c) The filtration is to be carried out on line ie without switching off supply. d) Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately. e) work should only be carried out in presence of JE E/M.

Supply only Transformer oil confirming to IS 335 Std for topping up in distribution transformer duly filtrated under respective item of Sch A,

S&F in repair ACB 4 Pole, 415 V, with Thermal Magnetic Release (Manual Drawout type) of capacity 800 Amps including minor addition alteration/fabrication of existing bus bar and canopy if required and sealing the panel,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair LED flood light 210 watt 230 V multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp.complete all as specified and as directed.
