Outdoor Enclosure :- The enclosure shall be made of 2.0 mm thickness Galvanized Sheet Steel tropicalised to meet Indian weather conditions including all the partition sheets & doors.The base of the enclosure shall be of 4.0 mm thickness Hot Dip Galvanized Sheet Steel to ensure rigidity for easy transport & installation. The entire Package Substation shall be Factory Assemble & Factory Fitted. The enclouser shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compatment IP34 degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The Enclosure to be tested for Internal Arc fault test to the tune of atleast 21 KA for 1 second A&B, adhering to as per latest IEC 62271-202.The temperature rise test on enclosure for K10class.The enclosure exterior shall be powder coated.Only OEM make of CSS is accetable.The compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for MV & LV comparatment. The encloser, RMU and LV Breaker should be of same make for better co-ordination and services. HT/LT Switchgear should be of same make for better co-ordination.
Supply Install Testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps, HT vacuum circuit breaker indoor panel shall be constructed from Aluminium Zinc coated sheet steel of 2mm thickness, for 1 Incomer and 2 outgoing conforming to IEC 62271-200, 25 KA for 1 Sec, LSC2B-PM class front accessed comprising of Indoor Vacuum Circuit Breaker all as specified and directed with Electrical & Mechanical interlock. Enclosed panel shall consisits of following :- (a) 800A continuous ratedelectrolytic copper bus bar, droppers and bus bars should be insulated with full system voltage sleeves (b) VCB shall be of horizontally draw out type . VCB shall have provision of spring Charging Handle, Trip Road and VCB have Rack in & Rack out mechanism. Vacuum circuit breaker should have vacuum bottles of the same manufacturer as of circuit breaker. The Vacuum Bottle should be type tested for 100 full short circuit operations. (c) Motorized spring charging mechanism with integral spring charging handle for manual spring charge.(d) Panel separation with every department like VCB, Metering , Cable Chamber & Bus Bar Chamber (e) Cast resin Current Transformer 11KV, 300-150/5+5A, core 1: class 0.5, 15 VA, Core 2: 5P10, 15 VA with metering and protection core including necessary control wiring & PotentialTransformer 11 kV,Core I : CL 3P,Core II : Cl 0.5,VA Burden : 50 VA OVF 1.9 for 30 Sec. for metering & protection for incomer and outgoing backed by HT & LT MCB's. Line PT should be mounted only in the rear side ( Top or Bottom)of the Panel
(f) Accessories like local remote switch, breaker control switch (T-N-C), space heater with thermostat, DC & AC control circuit through MCB, indicating lamps for RYB, spring charge, DC supply healthy, breaker ON/OFF, breaker in SERVICE/TEST.(g) Multifunction meter with RS 485 port ( EM6400 ng). (h) Digital Ammeter and Digital Voltmeter. (i) Separate master trip Relay and anti-pumping relay. (j) Wireless thermal sensor will be provided in each bus & each cable termination per panel, along with Zig- B concentrator and the data of the same should be display on HMI, other necessary arrangement to be consider. (k) Battery bank 24 Volts DC-12 Nos tubular maintenance free batteries 2 Volts 100AH including charger (k) Comprehensive numerical protecting relay( ABB- REL series/Schneider-Easergy Series, SIEMENS-Siprotech series) should have built-in integrated mimic compatible with IEC 61850 for non-directional O/C, E/F, U/V, O/V protection type having followed additional facilities :-(i) Trip ckt supervision.(ii) Distribution recorder. (iii) Event log with date and time. (iv) Conformal coating for harsh environment. (v) Suitable to operate on 24 volts DC for auxiliary and control supply. (l) Panel should also have additional facilities :- (i) Only OEM panels are to be supplied. Partner or franchises are not accepted. (ii) Fully internal arc type tested (25 KA for 1 Sec-AFLR) as per latest IEC 62271-200. (iii) Vacuum bottles should be tested for 100 full short circuit operations.(iv) Manual closing/ tripping of CB with compartment door closed. (v) The panel shall be provided with power pack battery backup for not less than 10 minutes.(vi) Arc Flash Relay should be in each way to detect and rapidly clear arc faults in electrical systems. (vii) Breaker shall be provided with following contacts.(a) Auxiliary switch with 6NO+6NC mounted on the draw out portion of the switchgear.(b) Position switches with 3 NO+1NC contacts for each position in SERVICE and TEST.
Make of HTPanels are ABB- ZS1, BHEL, SCHNEIDER-PIX , SIEMENS - NX-AIR Note : The panel shall be SCADA Compatible system. The Vacuum Interrupter, Breaker & Panel along with Relay should of same make for better coordination. and better SCADA compatibility. Bus Coupler compartment doesn’t carry numerical protection relay, PT, Voltmeter & arc flash relay in their compartment and a bus rises is required with bus coupler. Outgoing compartment don’t carry PT & Voltmeter

Material and labour for Construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber size 450 X450 X450 mm (internal dimension) using sub class 'B' bricks complete including excavation & earth work, returning fillig and disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50m and deposited where directed, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, coping on top in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, brick work in cement mortar (1:4), inner plaster 12 mm thick in cm (1:3) finished even and smooth and pionting flush externally as the work proceeds in the same mortar, MS sheet cover 3.15mm thick mounted on angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm with handle and locking arrangement duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and embeded portion of MS work duly applying black bitumenous paint before embeded complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and connecting FRLSH single core flexible wire, copper conductor multistranded, PVC insulated and overall PVC sheathed of size 10 Sqmm 1100 Volt , draw through GI Pipe for connection to Motor terminal box from Starter Panel complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and laying HDPE of size 50 mm bore, ISI marked, including fittings (elbow, tee, socket etc) laid in trenches,floor, under road, insert under holes for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. (for laying PVC 10 sqmm cable from starter panel to motor terminal) (Note:- Excavation and earthwork as required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch.)
M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to galvanized iron strip 32mm x 6mm thick as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth strip connected to earthing test point/equipment and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40mm dia upto earthing test point/equipment fixed with required Nos of mild steel clamp made out 25mm x 3mm flat iron and perforated water pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade and top with socket & plug and bottom connected to earth plate by slit and two bolts/nuts/washers, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 and 40mm thick RCC cover with frame all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009. Note:- (i) Outer edge of earth pit shall be 1.5 metre away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (ii) GI strip upto earth test point/equipment is included in this item. (iii) Water pipe shall be provided in slantling position
Suppyling, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made Outdoor type LT cubical panel board suitable for operation on 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire 50Hz supply system inlcluding bus bar chamber in centre ( vertically) and cable alley either side, outer shell shall be made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated coated siemens gray shade and completely weather, vermin & dust proof, adequate air ventilation at sides & back, outer door shall be provided with double door fix with hinges and locking arrangements etc suitables to accomodate the following mentioned fittings and inner shell shall be made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated & compartmentalized for each control gear including front openable single door with half nob type locking, inlcuding provision for taking out incoming and outgoing cables duly marked with reveted letter plated of appropriate size for each feeder / block cable, danger board, detachable plate at bottom for cable entry etc including double compression type cable gland with bottom frame made out of angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 5mm and 600mm long 4 legs duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate blocks of size 30cm x 30cm x 60cm and 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 floor over and including 100mm thick sub base of brick hardcore extended 100mm on all sides below panel body with and including following accesories :-
