Supply installing, Commissioning & testing HT 11 KV, 3 Phase 50 Hz, rupturing capacity 350 MVA indoor type, totally metal clad withdrawable type vacuum Circuit Breaker Outgoing panels with Copper bus bar of suitable rating horizontal isolation type VCB of capacity minimum 800 Amps rated current, as per IEC 62271-100-200. The switchgear panel shall be of sheet steel construction with ALUZINC not less than 2.5 mm thickness for load bearing section and not less than 2 mm thickness for non- load bearing and shall be totally dust and vermin proof. The offered panels shall be tested for IAC level of 25KA, No of operation of Vacuum Interrupter Bottles for better performance :- (a) Mechanical life 30,000, (b) Rated electrical operations – 10,000/ (c) Rated Short Circuit Current – 100A. All the main components like VCB/Relays/ Meters shall be of same make. Panel and VCB parameters are as below:- (i) Rated Voltage level/ PF withstand voltage/impulse level – 12 KV/28KV/75KVp. (ii) Continuous current rating minimum 800A. (iii) Short circuit withstand current minimum 25 KA for 3 sec (iv) One of minimum 800Amps Horizontal draw out type vacuum circuit breaker in 12KV metal clad floor mounting panel complete with following:- (aa) Manually & Motor operated (230V,AC, 50HZ) Spring charged type, manually electrically open (electrical- 220VDC) operation type, incorporating mechanical as well as electrical ON/OFF indication ‘OFF” push button, test/service position limit switches with minimum 6NO+6NC breaker auxiliary contacts in C5 service position. (ab) Epoxy cast wound current transformer (CT), 11 KV, 400-200/5-5A, Core 1: Class 1, 15VA for 3 phase Core 2 : 5P10, 15VA burden with metering and protection core including necessary control wiring. (ac) Manual Charging of breaker should be done without operating the front door. (ad) Cast resin potential transformer 11 KV/V3/110V/V3/110V/3, 50VA, Cl 1.0, Cl 3P and HT fuse at the primary end and pole MCB at the secondary end of the PT (Conforming to IS specification).

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty with alluminium conductor, 11000 Volts (Earthed), grade cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 Core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
