Providing steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 1:10/1:20 up to 3.29m height for plain surfaces such as RCC slabs, rectangular beams, Tee beams, bed blocks, Culvert body walls, deck slabs, retaining walls, staircase, Landing slab, landing beams, canopy etc., wood) joists of size 10cmx 6.5cm spaced at 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 15cm c/c including cost of nails, ropes, all labour charges and incidental charges etc. complete complying with standard specification.(TNBP Spl. Laying Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement,two sand and four aggregates) using 20mm ISS Hard broken granite stone jelly for plain cement concrete works excluding cost of shuttering, and centering including all labour charges and incidental charges for cost and conveyance of all materials to work site, mixing and laying concrete finishing the surface nearly rough, compacting using vibrators, curing etc, complete complying with standard specification.(TNBP No.28)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (One Part of Cement and Four part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 20mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications (S.I.309)

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS Hard broken granite stone jelly for Reinforced cement concrete works excluding cost of shuttering, and cost of reinforcement but including cost and conveyance of materials to work site, all labour charges and incidental charges for mixing and laying concrete,finishing the surface nearly rough, compacting using vibrators, curing etc, complete complying with standard specification.(TNBP No.30)

Supplying, fabrication and placing in position of steel reinforcement using mild steel (or) ribbed tar steel rods, for all RCC works as per the design given by the departmental officers including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges for cutting, bending rods, tieing into grills, placing in position etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.( TNBP No: 15886)
