SPL REPAIR TO CERTAIN BLDG NO P-54/01 AND 02 AND P-42/01-08 AT ABDUL HAMID VIHAR UNDER GE GWALIOR

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position reinforced concrete (re-inforcement cut to facilitate demolition) including disposal of unserviceable of mateial from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing rubbish from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles, joint free, coloured tiles 7mm to 8 mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc set over and including 15 mm thick cement screed in (1:6) CM set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per item no-4 above but as in skirting fixed. 1:4 CM 10mm thick plaster rendering.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8 mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set and including 15 mm thick cement screed in (1:6) CM set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed. Colour and design of tiles as approved by GE.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) Type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as levelling course as in floor below tile etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for digital glazed cearmic tiles, coloured tiles 400x300x 7 to 8 mm thick, designer pattern tiles, on vertical faces ie. as in skirting/dado etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles fix over and including 10 mm thick rendering as backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. Colour and design of tiles as approved by GE.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick (550 x 550 mm size) over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing, over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6 ) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick as in riser / steps, skirting, dado,cills and pillars laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 10 mm thick rendering as backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.
