Supply of Local control PLC/RTU system with software development of PLC/RTU, Control Panel with front door opening cabinet for pump, fitted with Power buses, MCBs & GPRS/GSM modem, external antenna. Suitable power supply to power up PLC/RTU panel, including 1 KVA UPS for Power back up, 7” or above HMI display & suitable switch mode power supply (SMPS) & Industrial type electrical fitting & cabling with suitable conduits complete for all related field instruments. Each PLC/RTU system shall be compatible for integration of instrumentation system for 5 No. of VT pumps, as per technical specification.

Supply of Water Level transmitter non-contact Ultrasonic type for measuring sump level/ open channel flow. Including all necessary cabling with suitable conduits & electrical fittings & integration with PLC/RTU complete as per technical specifications.

Supply of Side looking Acoustic Doppler based Velocity Meter (ADVM) for direct discharge measurement in main Canal systems with bed width of 0-20m, including cabling, installation accessories & integration with PLC/RTU as per technical specifications.

Supply, installation, testing & Commissioning of Energy meters for tube wells & pumping stations including all accessories, cabling and integration with Automation system as per technical specifications.

Supply of vibration monitoring sensor along with cabling & interconnection with PLC/RTU as per technical specification.

Supply of Temperature Monitoring sensors along with cabling & integration with temperature Scanners as per technical specifications.

Supply of 12 channel temperature Scanners for monitoring and transmitter the same to PLC/RTU as per technical specifications.

Supplyof Pressure Transmitters, making proper socket in pipe & two-way gauge cock in SS 316 for isolation of PT for installation of pressure transmitter including cabling and conduiting wiring etc. complete as per as per technical specifications.

Supply of industrial grade computer Node (Workstation) with 42” LED Display, 3G/4G internet dongle/broadband, installed with client SCADA software, including 1 KVA UPS for Power back up and A4 size color printer, at each pumping station for monitoring and controlling of the respective pumping station with necessary accessories as per technical specifications.

Supply of VSAT system for communication between Master and Local SCADA control station for pumping automation system with necessary accessories as per technical specifications.

Supply of Main PLC Controller system with firm ware based hot redundancy which shall include software development of PLC, Control Panel with front door opening cabinet, fitted with Power buses, MCBs & modem. All the Electrical fittings of Industrial type. Including suitable switch mode power supply (SMPS), 12” display for GSM/GPRS based communication with Local PLC/RTU’s of respective pumping stations, complete as per technical specification.

Supplyof customized SCADA-DSS (Decision support system) software for complete Pumping automation System of JLN canal with life time licensed version as per technical specifications.

Supply of Master server which includes Server with server Rack and industrial grade monitor with USB, RS232/RS485, Ethernet Ports, OS Windows 8 or higher compatible to SCADA System complete as per technical specifications.

Supply of IT Hardware which includes required Static IP, Router with modem, Switch, firewall system and A3 Color printer as per technical specifications.

Supply of 110” LED Display/ Video wall/ (70”, 2X1) DLP based System for monitoring of SCADA system at Master Control Room as per technical specifications

Supply of online 3 KVA UPS with Battery system for power back up of Master Control Room equipment’s including all necessary cabling & electrical fittings complete as per the technical specifications

Supply of Diesel Generator Set 10.0 KVA with 04 Earth Pits for earthing along with accessories completeat master control room, as per technical specifications.

Supply of Air conditioning system with requisite furniture, Renovation & Furnishing of existing Master Control Room for establishment of SCADA Control room long with necessary electrical fittings as per technical specification.

Charges for high speed synchronous internet connection (min. 8 mbps upload and download speed) & Static IP for Five years.

Charges for High speed 4G/3G internet connection for local control room for monitoring & controlling of respective pumping stations for Five years.

Charges for VSAT communication between pumping stations & SCADA system for monitoring& controlling JLN canal system for Five years.

Installation of Air conditioning system with necessary electrical fittings at existing Master Control Room for establishment of SCADA Control room long as per technical specification.

Five Years Operation & Maintenance and Comprehensive Warranty for SCADA based pump automation system for JLN canal network as per Price schedule after final acceptance of SCADA system. This includes replacement of material & consumable as & when required at bidders’ cost. The cost of Communication for GPRS & SIM charges for data transmission, maintenance and other related charges for each local control station & Master Control station. Minimum Two Service Engineer shall be placed at Master Control Room for Operation of SCADA based Pumping automation.

Training of the purchaser's personnel at the supplier’s plant and/or/onsite in assembly, start up, operation, maintenance and/or repair of the supplied goods. Course topics will include sensor calibration, PLC/RTU & SCADA configuration, data downloading, data retrieval, collection, Trouble shooting, processing maintenance requirements and procedure for equipment configuration, installation, site testing and commissioning including training kit containing course material in soft and hard copies.
