Dismantling of radiator from 320 KVA DG set by chain pully including dewatering, inside cleaning of radiator by nylon brush and chemical with water pressure cleaning of fins, replacement of hose pipe, clamps etc and soldering of leakage core if any including mounting on DG set filling with coolant and testing on full load complete all as specified and and as directed.

Dismantling of radiator from 160 KVA DG set by chain pully including dewatering, inside cleaning of radiator by nylon brush and chemical with water pressure cleaning of fins, replacement of hose pipe, clamps etc and soldering of leakage core if any including mounting on DG set filling with coolant and testing on full load complete all as specified and and as directed.

Supplying and replacement of Automatic voltage regulator ISI mark as per existing make and model and suitable for 30 KVA to 320KVA rating alternator complete with all connection as specified and as directed.

M&L for in repairing AMF panel of DG Set (any type or capacity) , detecting the electric fault, removing the defective control wiring and spare parts to make AMF panel functional by replacement of following defective spares complete. Note:- (i) Spare parts will be measured & paid seperately as supply only. (ii) Taking down & refixing shall be deemed to be included in unit rate. (iii) Replacement of burnt control wiring shall be deemed to be included in unit rate. (iv) Repairing of AMF Panel of DG set will be done by Authorised dealer only.

M&L for detecting the faulty / burnt electric cable of any size from DG set to DG Panel / Main Panel by trench out and length / distance not exceeding upto 30 RM and repair / joint the electric cable through cable joint kit as per suitable size and make panel functional with all incoming and outgoing cable connection including tightening loose cable / strip connections, removal of dirt,dust and carbon particles by air blower, rubbing emmery paper replacement of worn out thimbles,nut, bolt & washers , replacement of control wiring of panel etc including with excavation, returning filling & removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Additional spare parts such as Cable , MCCBs will be measured & Paid separetly under relevent item of Sch 'A' as supply & fixing. (ii) Replacement of burnt control wiring of panel, Cable lugs, nut- bolts , thimble etc. shall be deemed to be included in unit rate.

M&L for in replacement earthing with galvanised steel earth plate elctrode 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below GL) with the toop edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal group level connected to GI earth srtip of size 32x6mm thick soldered and riveted to earth plate,GI earth strip will be protected by using 50mm bore GI pipe (light grade) earth plate to equipment and watering pipe 20mm bore (light grade) and chamber/pit in PCC(1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with precast RCC pit cover 50mm thick in (1:2:4) type B1using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm dia MS TMT bar at 80mm c/c both way with lifting hook made out of 8mm dia TMT bar duly embedded in RCC cover in lieu of CI pit cover with angle iron frame including excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown in electrical plase No.3 of SSR Part-I and as specified including earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers of charcoal dust, common salt complete and earth lead connected to earthing test point/main board all as specified and testing of earthing complete all as specified & directed.
