Applying Birla white wall care putty over plastered surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust loose materials and other foreign matter sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Finishing walls with Apex weather proof exterior grade emulsion of Asian paint or exterior emulsion of NAROLAC SURKSHA as per approved shade on undecorated wall surface (two or more coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and fixing 4 mm ( four milliemtre) thick commercial ply wood ceiling of approved quality with butt jointing and nails (frame work and cover fillets to be paid for separately) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new wood and wood based surface under coat with enamel and finishing coating with flat oil paint,brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter,sand papering and stopping as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. 20mm ( twenty millimetre) Cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 ( one cement isto four sand) in two coats,backing coat 15mm ( fifteen millimetre) and finishing coat 5mm ( five millimetre) thick on rough side of brick/stone masonry walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Removal of old broken glass panes (any thickness,size,quality or description) from wood frames glazed with putty or fixed with beads as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing 2nd class Deodar wood work in frames of false celling partitions etc. sawn and put-up in position as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and fixing 1st class Deodar wood plain square edged cover fillets (beading) 50mmx12mm (fifty millimetre into twelve millimetre) section, with wood screws in ceiling and lining including mitring at junction as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Linolium covering to floor, plain or coloured laid with an approved adhesive on sub floor including cutting and fixing complete to sub floor including damp proofing treatment (damp proofing treatment to be measured separately for payment)as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 micron (twenty micron) over 5 microns (five micron) primer coating and back coat of polyster of 5 microns (five micron) over 5 microns (five micron) primer coating using TATA durashine steel sheet including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) dia metre with prepainted limpet washers complete with all accesories as required including all taxes, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per specification or as per the direction of the engineer-in-chief and other incidentals.
