Taking down chowkhats with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exc 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each including cutting holes in brick/ stone wall built in cement / lime mortar, embedded portion exc half brick but n.exc one brick for inserting new hold fast and making good the disturbed portion/surfaces, in CM 1:3 complete all as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description not exc 01 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 01 Sqm and not exc 02 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated Anodised Aluminium frames or shutters for doors, partitions, Windows and Ventilators and similar works with one or more rebates incl necessary fittings and fixture such as jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packings, screws, handles stainless steel adjustable friction stay hinges etc. as required fixed to aluminium frame complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Unit rate quoted shall deemed to include cost of rubber beading, fittings such as handles, SS friction stay hinges and fixing of glass, wire cloth & Decogrill etc. (ii) Glass, wire cloth & grill to be measured and paid separately.

S&F of 5 mm thick sheet figured glass pin headed type, not exc 0.50 sqm in each pane, duly fixed with oil putty or wooden bidding as required, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 5.50 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing type, not exc 0.50 sqm in each pane, duly fixed with oil putty or wooden bidding as required, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm (± 5 mm tolerence in dimension) comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners incl in this item of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- All joint should be filled with sealant.

S&F Factory made single 30 mm thick extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid moulded flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- All joint should be filled with sealant.

M&L for second class hard wood. Plain, solid, straight chowkhats and frame, wrought framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints and fixing, complete all as specified and directed.
