Demolition of Cement Concrete exc 15cm thick but above ground level (Any type of flooring)and and Removing Rubbish out of the MD Land all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling any type of Floor or Wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and Removing Rubbish out of the MD Land all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Coloured Non-Skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floor etc,set and jointed in neat cement sluryy and pointed in coloured cement to match as in floor over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4).

M&L Glazed Ceramic Coloured tiles 350x250x 7mm/450x350x7 mm thick as in Dado/Skirting/Steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slury and pointed in coloured cement to match over 10mm thick backing Coat in CM 1:3.

M&L for 40 mm Cement Concrete type B1 1:2:4 is used for flooring (20 mm graded stone aggregate) fininshing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Demolition stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 22 to 25mm thick with grey cement and no pigment, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry,built in cement mortar including all quoins,arches,pillars,etc,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast Cement Concrete Block Masonry with Solid Block, exc 10cm in width in type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM (1:6) all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on Brick / Concrete surfaces incl raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and Removing Rubbish out of the MD Land all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in two coat ie. 10mm thick under coat in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick finishing coat in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC by weight of cement as per manufacturers instructions. finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be mesured and paid seperatly.

Supply only water proofing compound

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6. finished even & smooth without using extra cement to walls all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of Newly Plastered surfaces of Wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over one coat of primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of Newly Plastered surfaces of Wall and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plinth protection in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm (graded stone aggregate) laid in alternate bays in prior slope gradient, making joints and bitumastic filling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
