Preparation of Design & drawing for New Sqm office building & other buildings (Should be as per latest circular). Notes: (i) The contractor will carry out detailed survey and prepare G A D a n d g e t it approved from Railway. (ii) The rates are inclusive of visits to site if required. The site of the work falls under the jurisdiction of Dy. CE (Con),TATA. (iii) The above quantities a r e approximate. The Railway reserves the right to increase/decrease the s a m e . Additional special conditions of contract: i) The Agency will get the design checked from Railway. F o r this purpose Agency will ensure the presence of his representative in the offices o f Railway authorities whenever required. Nothing extra will be payable for the above and the rate is inclusive of above. i i ) After draw ing got approved by Railway, the Agency will have to submit three copies of initial design calculations with 3 ferro copies of drawings to Railway for record. Design calculation should be clearly written and bound in book form. iii) On clearance of design criteria from Railway for any modification, agency will carryout detailed design again as required without any loss of time after clearance of design parameters. H e will also be prompt in clarifying the observations/ doubts of the Railways. No extra payment shall be made f o r the any alterations. i v ) Design a n d drawing after approval shall be property of S. E. Railway who shall have exclusive right to use or reuse it else where. The consultant shall have no claim whatsoever in this regards. v) Based on the design note approved by Rly, the Agency will prepare final general arrangement drawing. Mode of payment: i) Visit to site and collection of field data from site, and detailed design of and preparation of GAD, submission to Railway 3 sets of GAD (Ferro copy), design calculation 3 booklet = 20%. ii) After acceptance of Railway= 50%. iii) Final submission of drawing approved in item (ii) above in reproducing tracing films 3 copies and soft copy on CD, 3 sets of ferro prints for each drawings, final design calculation booklet. Payment will be made after signature of Railway authorities in final drawing = 30%. (CE/CON) -40%. 3. Preparation drawing and Design for new FOB/Extension/ Modification to old FOB for different station based on CE's standered type Drawing /RDSO's standered type drawing with field survey and measurement of existing FOB required for Extension, modification etc. as per SOD. The work includes preparation of GAD and technical design, design of foundation, drawing of launching scheme of extension/ modification of proposed FOB, Submission of one copy of draft drawing for checking at site and Railway offices. Submission of 04 copy of final paper print for the FOB in corporating the details after due compliance. On final permission from Railway, necessary tracing sheet (as per size accepted) shall be submitted soft copy in Auto-cad editable version to be submitted by the agency for final approval of competent authority. The rate included all lead, lift, descend ascend, labour, material, for every tracing paper, all taxes, Royality, GST, etc. Total 5663715.13

Rate includes preparation of GAD for ROB proper in consultation with Railway and State Govt after joint inspection etc. If preparation of GAD is not required, then deduction of 20% rate shall be made from the rate of this item. Preparation of concept plan after field Job survey & Preparation and submission of General Arrangement Drawings (GAD), detailed structrural design, and all working/construction drawings, design of various components of foundation, sub- structure and super structure and its accessories (return Wall/RE Wall) for approaches of ROB proper (over railway track) in consultation with Railway and State Govt . and taking into consideration of the obligatory locations at site as per requirement of Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclussive of determination of the span arrangement also for both the approaches of the ROB proper. Rate is inclussive of field survey, preparation of Combined GAD (showing for ROB proper and ROB of State Govt. portion) in consultation with Railway and State Govt. after joint inspection etc. However, If preparation of GAD is not required, then deduction of 20% rate shall be made from the rate of this item. Note: (i) Preparation of detailed drawingin as per Standard Railway Format on the AUTOCAD Platform showing details of size, shape, reinforcement etc. of entire bridge foundation, sub-structure (including bearings), super structure, both road and track protection work during construction, temporary arrangement, diversion of road during execution etc. launching arrangement, erection scheme with sequence of operation etc. The drawing should contain all reduced level, rail level etc. as necessary. All drawings are to be prepared on relevant standard size and each drawing should have "KEY PLAN" in suitable scale at right hand corner and other salient features as necessary and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) Proof checking of design and drawings from any of IIT's/Govt. recognised institution as approved by Railway. (iii)The design is to be carried out with standard methodology of design, appropriate standard of IRC loading and fulfilling the various design and functional requirements stipulated in relevant IS, BIS, IRC and Railway Codes. (iv) Contractor has to submit 2 (two) copies of design calculations along with 2 (two) copies of each drawing on tracing paper (Double Mat) duly proof-checked for approval of Railway. Contractor has to carryout modifications and corrections, if any, as advised by Railway during the course of approval of design and drawings. Preparation of land plan for the following Kilometre projects on tracing cloth (in 4 copies) and one copy in tracing paper for processing Acquisition of land. The rate shall include arranging Mouza sheet/village map in three copies (to be submitted with plan). The rate shall also include demarcating Railway & State Govt. proposed boundary (Boundary to be fixed as per Railway Engineering code or as per direction of engineer at site) by fixing CC pillars of M20 of size 15cm x 15cm x 60cm by embedding it in ground at not more than 50m interval on both boundary or as per direction of engineer in site. The rate should be including arrangement of vehicle for survey, surveyor or Amin, calculation of land area plot wise and category-wise or any other detail required for filling land application for forest/govt./pvt. land. The rate should include all tools, instruments and stationary etc. required for the work. Rate includes any rectification of submitted drawing till it is finally approved.

Providing hoisting & fixing in position M20 Each grade precast RCC boundary stone as per the drawing for demarcation of Land Boundary by excavating, refilling and ramming and concreting by 1:3:6 concrete with consultant's material tools and plants and level crossing of track and including transportation at site etc. complete in all respect. Conducting deformation modular (EV2) of the natural ground, compacted layer of embankment, over blanket layer etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge. The test shall be done as per code specified. The rate is including all taxes, GST, royalty, lead, lift, descent, ascent, road taxes etc. The reports shall be submitted in duplicate.

Conducting undrained cohesiion of soil (CU) Numbers test for the soil on natural ground, compacted layer of embankment, blanket, prepared formation as per the direction of Engineer in charge and submission of reports based on the soil test done. The tests should be done as per IS Code. The rate is including all taxes, GST, royalty, lead, lift, descent, ascent, road taxes etc. The reports shall be submitted in duplicate.

Preparation and submission of Final report Each giving complete and comprehensive record of investigations, laboratory test reports and calculations in approved format. Total 1046723.95

Conducting a drone based aerial survey for Kilometre the generation of orthophotos as per Railway Guidelines (Letter no 2015/Track- 1/24 (1)/18/1/dated 09.10.2017 and as per the alignment plan given by Railways on the Google earth to provide alignment plan in kml file format. Deliverable: 1. Raw Images (Jpg format)(2cm GSD 2. file scaled and geopositioned orthophotohiestiles in jpg & sid compressed format of 2 cm resolution and esampled at 5cm GSD 3. Final scaled and geopositioned ortho tiles one cw, jpg and Sid compressed format of 2cm resolution and resampled at 5cm GSD. 4.Final scaled and geoposition edorthomosaic in jpg & Sid format for each 5km. 5.Quality control report for positional accuracy assessment coordinates to be picked for atleast 5 well defined assets in 1 km length from google and same to be measured on the orthophoto coordinates comparision. The difference between these values should be greater than equal to 3 Meters Note:-This item includes preparation of orthophotos for yards also falling in the corridor of 100m. Separate payment will bemade for bigger yards vide relevant item of the BOQ for generation of orthophotos over and above this item.

Preparation of Digital land plans along the Kilometre railways alignment for identification & measurement of railway land, Scanning and Geo referencing of the Land Plans available with railways and are required for superimposed on the Orthophoto for the validation of boundary along with the railways officials. It also includes collecting details such as type of structure, number of floors, land use pattern such as agriculture, commercial, barren, forest etc., to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge & approved by the Railway department.

Preparation of Yard plans by modification of Numbers existing plans and approval of the same from Railways and modification of the existing yard as per Additional track requirement/latest approved ESP/ master plan. Delivery in AUTOCAD format & Pdf format.

Production of Video film by using Drone to Numbers capture salient Important features of the project costing more than Rs. 500 Crs. In corporating important slides of the project full HD in English and Hindi version in duration 5 to 10 minutes Rate includes script writing, supply of CD/Pendrive and other incidental Charges as directed by the Engineer-in-charge/his representative, Rate is inclusive of GST.
