Cleaning & upkeepment of RoW including jungle clearance & dressing of roadsides at various Industrial Areas

Regular Cleaning and upkeeping of all ROW area of roads including sweeping of road carriageway, jungle clearance &dressing of roadsides by Mechanised/manual means with all T&P, labour etc. The scope of work shall include :a) Cleaning/sweeping of road carriageway by mechanical/manual meansb) Clearing of jungle/vegetation from roadsides & lifting, removal and disposal of waste/dust/earth collected bycleaning/sweeping from roadside area (complete RoW) by engaging wheelbarrow / trolly as per requirement of site.c) Dressing of roadsides by mechanical/manual means & removal of unsuitable soil, overburden etc. complete ensuringthat proper slope towards the storm water drain from road carpet as well as plot boundary is maintained so that there isno accumulation of water in RoW.d) Any other work related to maintaining cleanliness in RoW and as directed by engineer-in-charge complete in allrespect as per the scope of work mentioned in Annexure-1 of RFP document and directions of EIC.Note: RoW to be cleaned on weekly basis.

Cleaning of the storm water drains at Various Industrial areas of Unit Abu Road

Regular desilting cleaning of existing effluent storm water carrying drainage system all types of section of small(open/covered/box type) drains of Industrial areas The scope of work includes regular cleaning of drains, approachesand cross drainage works (slab/box/hume pipe) upto bed level of the drain, culvert, CD work complete in all respect toensure the uninterrupted flow in the drainage system of Industrial Area throughout the year. The work also includesproper disposal of Sludge/Silt/ Garbage etc and transportation of the same with all due care to a suitable ultimatedisposal site or outside the Industrial area with all lead and lift as per the direction of Engineer in charge. The adjoiningsides of the drain should be properly cleaned and dressed after removal of the Sludge/Silt/ Garbage etc as per the scopeof work mentioned in Annexure-1 of RFP document and directions of EIC.Note: Complete desilting of drains, approaches & CD works shall be done twice in a year. Initially in first 03 monthsfrom the date of commencement of work and then after 06 months of initial desilting. However, uninterrupted flow indrains shall be maintained throughout the year.

Door to door Collection and Disposal of solid waste at various Industrial Areas of Unit Abu Road

Collection of domestic waste garbage and non-industrial solid waste generated from all allottees of entire industrialarea on daily basis from door to door of allottees by suitable commercial vehicle with hopper arrangement. The real timemonitoring shall be done through using Geo-Fencing & RFID Based Monitoring System. Installation cost of RFID Cardshall be borne by the Firm. Firm shall install different colored RFID Card for Residential, Commercial and Industrialestablishments. The waste collected will be transported and disposed of in proper manner by the agency at its own leveland cost, to the designated place of local bodies or as per directions of engineer in-charge Terms and conditionsenclosed. as per the scope of work mentioned in Annexure-1 to RFP document and directions of EIC.

Regular Operation & Maintenance including watch & ward of IP-65/66 protected 40 - 70 watt LED streetlights luminaireand fixtures on existing tubular/PCC poles with bracket including all required material, wiring, underground cables andpanels etc. complete in all respect at Industrial Area as per enclosed terms & conditions and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. as per the scope of work mentioned in Annexure-1 to RFP document and directions of EIC.

Regular Operation & Maintenance of following street lights luminaire on existing high masts poles with bracket includingall required material, wiring, underground cables, panels, watch & ward etc. complete in all respect at all Industrial Areaunder Unit office Abu Road as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge and enclosed terms & conditions: High MastLights 50-120 watt x 12-24 Lights on each Pole as per the scope of work mentioned in Annexure-1 to RFP document anddirections of EIC.

Erection of octagonal poles re construction of concrete pedestal in Cement Concrete (1:1.5:3) 1 Cement 1.5 Sand 3Aggregate including earth work fixing of anchor bolts 16 mm dia and 750 mm length as per design erection of poles andfixing of light fixtures and connections etc complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer In Charge as per thescope of work mentioned in Annexure-1 to RFP document and directions of EIC.
