Item No. 1 :- Raking and cleaning of masonry joints on upstream face of dam for masonry joint filling to a depth of 5 cm including preparing of ‘T’ joint of masonry by removing of existing loose portion of stone masonry by breaking (using manual / mechanical means ) removing existing embedded M.S. bar, racking out the masonry joints to required depth, cleaning with air water jet under pressure for removing algae/ fungi etc, complete asper specification including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, scaffolding, hire charges of cranes, insurance charges transportation with all leads and lifts and any other incidental charges as directed by the Project Manager. As Directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Item No. 2 :- Drilling 52-57 mm dia grout holes by percusson drilling equipment through masonry / rock in stages as directed including cleaning and flushing the drilled holes, conveyance of all materials and equipments for all other ancillary etc complete. As Directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Item No. 3 :-Providing & injecting cementatious grout as per specification in the drilled holes at required pressure including supplying, conveying cement ,micro silica, fly ash, admixtures (Accelerator, Binder, Superplasticizer) , grouting machinery with packer system etc complete. As Directed by Engineer-Incharge.A) Top Surface

Item No. 4 :-Providing and applying microconcrete, Polycrete A (Sunanda make) and Polyalk EP (Sunanda make) as bonding coat with old concrete into the cavities/cracks surface of spillway /piers/abutments etc. including cost of the labour, material, curing arrangements with all lead & lifts etc. complete. hole with water jet including lead and lift charges etc complete. Similar or equivalent product shall be technically evaluated by Engineer-in-charge.

Item No 5 : -Excavation in all kinds of soil including boulders up to 0.6 m diameter ( 0.113 cum) for canal, seating of embankment, filter drains / catch water drains etc., and placing the excavated stuff neatly in dump area or for formation of service road / embankment including cost of all materials, machinery, labour,dressing bed and sides to required level and profile etc. Complete with lead up to 1 km and all lifts as directed

Item No 6 :- Excavation in hard murum including boulders upto 0.6 m diameter ( 0.113 cum) for canal, seating of embankment, filter drains / catch water drains etc., and placing the excavated stuff neatly in dump area or for formation of service road / embankment including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, dressing bed and sides to required level and profile etc., complete with lead upto 1 km and all lifts as directed

Item No 7 :- Excavation in Soft Rock including boulders upto 0.6 m diameter( 0.113cum) for canal, seating of embankment, filter drains/catch water drains etc., and placing the excavated soft rock neatly in dump area or for formtion of service road/ embankment including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, dressing bed and sides to required level and profile etc., complete with lead upto 1 km and all lifts as directed.

Item No 8 :- Excavation in hard rock of all toughness by breaker including boulders above 0.6 m dia.(0.113Cum) minimising damage to side slopes of excavation and placing the excavated rock neatly in approved dump area including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, levelling bed etc., complete with lead upto 1 km and all lifts as directed .

Item No 9 :-Providing and fixing anchor bar of 32 mm diameter 4.32m length with resin bond cement capsule anchorage through adit / itself including drilling holes, inserting grout capsule, driving anchor, cost of all materials, machinery, labour, ventilation, lighting, drainage and other ancillary operations etc complete with all lifts as Directed .

Item No 10 :- Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-20 of trap / granite / gneiss / quartzite / graded metal for RCC works of gallery, sluice, spillway crest, spillway down stream face, energy dissipating structures, intake structures, training walls, piers, abutments, slab etc. with Batching Plant and Transit mixer including centering, shuttering, scaffolding, compacting, curing etc. complete with all lifts etc. complete as directed.

Item No 11 :-Providing and fixing in position TMT FE-500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pilecaps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc.as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules.] including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete as directed.

Sand (Fineness Modulus ( Sieve Analysis ), Silt & Clay Content

Coarse aggregate (Water Absorption, Specific Gravity,Impact Value, Crushing Value. )

Concrete (Compressive Strength OF C.C. Cube (Set of 3 cubes).)

Steel (Tensile strength, % Elongation, Yield stress, weight-per meter, bend/rebend test, proof stress)
