Item No. 29 S&F 15mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed to wall ceiling or laid in floors including necessary cutting and chasing required for laying pipes in concealed position and making good in CM (1:3) & matching with the existing surface. Pipes shall be painted with bituminous paint of approved quality. The pipes should not come in contact with lime mortar or lime concrete as pipes are affected by lime etc including concealed etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 78 S&F Factory made solid PVC wire gauged door shutter 35mm (styles) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rail, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded prelaminated PVC C channel having a prelam PVC sheet strip of 20mm with stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and prelam PVC sheet for top, lock and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail. The wire gauge shall be stainless steel alloy wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average aparature 1mm, wrapped on an additional square 8mm MS solid tube and this tube shalll be welded to MS tube and wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 79 S&F Factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter 35mm thick (styles) with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded prelam PVC sheet on the front face and 2mm thick prelam PVC sheet on back face complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 80 S&F fibre glass Reinforced Plastic (FRP)door frame shall be three legged of cross section 90mmx45mm having single rebate of 32mmx15mm to receive shutter of 30mm thickness .The laminate door frame moulded with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs.The frame shall be coverec with fibre glass from all sides . After drying of primer apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to (IS-702 @ 1.20Kg/Sqm of prepared surfaces. (d) Laying APP (Atatic Plypropylene ) modified five layered membrance 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 4 Kg/Sqm with centre core 160 GSM/Sqm : core reinforced and laid with 75 mm side overlap and 150 mm end lap. The membrance shall be laid with LPG torch application and overlaps sealed and finished neatly as per the manufacturer specificiation and applying two coat of siver aluminum paint.

Item No. 95 M&L for roof treatment as per the description below :- (a) Apply bituminious primer @ 0.3ltr/sqm (conforming to IS-3384) on prepared surfaces. After drying of primer apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to (IS-702 @ 1.20Kg/Sqm of prepared surfaces. (b) Rendering 10mm thick plaster in cement 1:4 using WPC @ 3%. (c) Laying APP (Atatic Plypropylene ) modified five layered membrance 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 4 Kg/Sqm with centre core 160 GSM/Sqm : core reinforced and laid with 75 mm side overlap and 150 mm end lap. The membrance shall be laid with LPG torch application and overlaps sealed and finished neatly as per the manufacturer specificiation. (d) 40 mm thick brick tiles laid and joints grouted flush in cment mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4.
