REPAIR TO BRICK DRAIN, PLASTER, GRIT PLASTER ETC AND ANTI TERMITE TREATMENT WORK IN CERTAIN OFFICERS/ JCOS/ORS MD ACCN UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE (EAST) AGRA

Amount

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying ement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed. (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder Masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc including removal of spoil etc complete all as specified and directed. (No extra payment shall be claimed on this account)

M&L for brick work with subclass B bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as item No 5.00 above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface and finishing surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of cement base paint over the Facia and Top of Boundary wall to match the existing surface including preparation of old surfaces etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coat of white wash over a coat on new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in surface channel / any other work weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed incl necessary formwork etc complete all as specified and directed

Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in copings, kerbs, benching and the like, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete.

S & F in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes 75mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fix to wall including fittings dismantling etc confirming to IS 13592 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above the ground level) built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge

M&L,cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate ) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 for lying of iles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles rubber moulded glossy 300cm x 300cm x 20mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with pigment in floors all as specified and directed

M&L for demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast RCC as in cover slab including all form work mould etc using Type B1 (1:2:4) with 20mm graded stone agg and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L MS Bar 6mm to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape including cranking cutting bending and binding with 0.9mm dia MS annealed wire complete all as specified and directed.(TMT Bar)

M & L post constructional Anti- termite Treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion(Imidacloprid 30.5% SC odorless chemical) @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron .complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Amtitermite treatment of voids in masonry using chemical (Imidacloprid 30.5% SC odorless chemical) emulsion one litre per hole, at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors and etc complete all as specified and directed. (No extra payment shall be claimed on this account).

M&L for post constructional Anti- termite Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (Imidacloprid 30.5% SC odorless chemical) (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same and making good as existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (For BOQ item No 21.00 to 23.00) Work for post construction Anti Termite Treatment to be carried out by specialize/authorized firm as approved by GE. Guarantee to be given by contractor as provided by executive agency, if full treatment i.e. inside & outside quarter has been carried out.
