| 1.01(a) Required inside temperature : 20 +2°C (b) Ambient temperature : (-) 30°C (c) Altitude : 3150-3657 mtr (Karu, Leh) (d) Detailed scope of work envisaged for the mentioned work are mentioned as below:- 1.1 : Topographical and contour survey in the following areas using Total station and DGPs which includes the following deliverables/devices:- (a) Grid levels at 5m x 5m grid interval - XLSX format. | |||||
| 1.02(b) Topographical plan with all necessary dimensions & detail in soft copy (DWG) and in hard copy in 1:1000 scale (AO-08 copies) having following details:- (i) Land use Details : Demarcating high vegatation area, cultivation area viz., agricultural residential, commercial, residential shops & business areas etc. (ii) Existing Road Details : Entire road network with road edges marked (3D polyline) (iii) Crossing details : CD Structures, water path etc. (iv) Cultural Details : Places such as worship, graveyard etc. (v) Hydro Details : Ponds, tanks, lakes, streams, canals etc. (vi) Frequency of Geotechnical investigation i.e SBC up to 10m depth or till hard strata is achieved at a grid of 500 sqm for STP/SUMP with atleast one point at location of STP. Including field soil bearing sampling laboratory and recommendation of the bearing capacity for the design of STP. | |||||
| 1.03(vi) Contour : Counour at 0.5 m interval or better (or as found suitable as per site condition). (vii) Boundary demarcation : Boundary wall of existing facility will be demarcated and marked in layout drawing. Topgraphical plan with alll in hard copy in 1:1000 scale (AO 2 sets). (viii) Prepartion and design of sewage network should incorporate both old & new sewage network showing GL/L including dia, self-cleaning velocity, slope flow each section. The pipes used shall be preferly DWCHDPE pipe. NP3 pipes to be used in crossing or whereover burden are encountered. Any loft well/sewage will proposed should also be incorporate. (ix) L-section at desired route (as suggested by Engineer in Charge) for each planned route to STP on hard copy showing chainage interval at 10m (A3/A2 8 sets) in hard and soft copy. (x) Cross section at 10m chainage interval (or as suggested by Engineer-in -Charge for each planned route in hard copy (A3/A4 sheet 8 sets). (c) Preliminary field data collection. | |||||
| 1.04(e) Calculation of sewage generation & RAW sewage sampling as per CPHEEO manual to be done. (f) Suggetion of Decentralised/Centralised sewage treatment system based on cost benefit analysis to be given. (g) Design, schedule and specifation of sewage treatment plant including all related civil, electrical (SCADA proposed shall include electromenchanical parameters & sewage in and parameters) & mechanical and other allied works based on feasible technology for sub-zero temerature i.e up to (-) 30 Deg C at high altitude of 3288 mtr to treat entire sewage and deliver treated water of quality parameter shall be per E-in-C's Br letter No 86435/Misc/E4(U) dt 19 May 2017 Appx 'A' Ser No.2 Table parameter for various used of treated sewage or as per SPCB, whichever is better. (h) Design of civil structure viz sump, tanks, pump/house and related works. (j) Design of Recirculation system of treated water for gardening and arboriculture etc. | |||||
| 1.05(k) Preparation of detailed BOQ & Estimate as per SSR 2020 and submission of report. (l) Vetting of complete design and drawing from NIT/IIT. (m) The final scheme shall be approved by the E-in-C's Branch and consultant has to make him available for all discussion and corrections as per their instructions in the scheme. (n) Specification of mech and elect eqpt requires to be used STP. (o) Prep of bill of quantities, detailed estimate etc of this proposed project scheme. (p) Location type design of manholes, intercepted sump well/lift well. (q) submission of particular specification for inviting the tender. (r) Review of work during execution till commissioning under review the consultant should visit the site as and when required by the department maximum to 20 working days at site in maximum 10 visits. (s) All electrical & Mechanical equipment shall be certified by the consultant before making payment by the dept to the main contractor. (t) During the commissioning period represtative of consultant shall be present and after completions give satisfactory certificate to the department that the commissioning is done as per the procedure. (u) All above documents to submitted in quadruplicate. | |||||
| 1.06EXECUTION SCHEDULE The services shall be provided in following phases :- (a) Complete Technical details of the sewage treatment plants based on finalised technology. Detailed design calculations of plant & Structure design calculations of plant & Structural design / drawings of all civil / building work. (b) Compiling and submission of three copies hard copies of detailed project report (DPR) including the following:- Complete DPR as per approved CPR, with detailed design and calcuations, Structural drawings duly vetted and bills of quantities of all items of buildings work related to sewage & sewage treatment plants. As per schedule activities mentioned in schedule of service. (c) Tender documents as required for inviting tender. (d) Supervision of execution of work till commissioning. Note:- Any clarification required by the bidder or pretender meeting will be invited, consultant has to attend the same. | |||||
| 1.07NORMS & PROCEDURES (a) The structural drawings should be developed taking into consideration of seismic Zone relevant to the site. (b) The design of structures should take into consideration the soil properties for various structures determined after thorough soil investigations of the various sites. (c) Typical reinorcement details including bar bending details of all the structural members shall be provided as per IS 456:2000. (d) Design of structure should take into consideration appropriate wind loads releavant to the site. (e) The drawing will be prepared on A2 size, using standard drafting tools like Auto CAD and will be prepared based on Zonal Specifications/ guidelines and as per mutual disucssions. (f) Pricing shall be based on SSR-2020, Wherever rates are not available on SSR 2020 market rates shall be applied duly supported with quotation & market analysis. | |||||
| 1.08DATA/INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY THE CLIENTS (i) All available details of sewage disposal system for study and validation. (ii) Site layout plan of complete area and other data like population chart, cable routes, water supply lines, etc. required for design the system will be supplied by client. We will submit out requirement for details in advance. (iii) One nominated officer for providing necessary ground information about site of work and to provide necessary approvals/passes wherever required, being security areas. | |||||
