S&F pressed steel frames made out mild steel sheet 1.25 mm thick, with size of frame 105 mm x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plates, hold fasts etc and applying a shop coat of red oxide primer including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for filling hollow portion of chowkhats complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .

S&F pressed steel frames made out mild steel sheet 1.25 mm thick, with size of frame 125 mm x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plates, hold fasts etc and applying a shop coat of red oxide primer including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for filling hollow portion of chowkhats complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .

S&F rolled mild steel grade Fe-290 Gde-E-165 as in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section gates of with gusset plates, rails, cladding, chowkhats/frame or like etc welding hold fast, hinges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel black sheet in door 1.60 mm thick in steel gate and similar work cut to size, holes punched, including round headed screwed cut nails or revets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams including or turning up, mitred complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 35mm thick flush shutter solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides with and including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The cost of sash bar, 2 nos 150mm aluminium handles, 2 nos 200mm long aluminium tower bolts, 3 Nos 100mm aluminium hinges for each shutter shall be deemed to be included in unit rate.

S&F 35 mm thick plain, framed, paneled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of 12mm thick veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers on both faces with Shisham wood beading all round the panel made out of 20mm x 15mm, on one side and fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood factory made 35mm thick glazed and skelton shutters open repated and prepared for door to receive framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitered heads for securing stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of apertupre 1.40mm and second class hard wood plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, and secured with nails or screws, clean sawn and sectional area exc 13 Sq cm and not exc 25 Sq cm with and including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) The cost of sash bars, 01 no mild steel 300mm size ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs including roller and roller plate, 2 nos 150mm aluminium handles, 2 nos 200mm long aluminium tower bolts, 3 Nos 100 mm size aluminium hinges, necessary wooden fillets min 5Rm in each shutter and stainless steel wire mesh and two coats synthetic enamel painting over a coat of primer shall be deemed to be included in unit rate.

S&F windows & ventilators fabricated from rolled formed GI section made of galvanised steel colour coated (PPGI Sheets) (Base steel as per IS 513 ‘’D’’ quality). Galvanised as per IS 277 with Zinc of 120 gms/Sqm. PAINT: Pre-Painted sections should be with primer coat of epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with alkyl backer of 5-7 microns or powder coated with pure polyester powder upto 50-60 microns thick. GI section of 0.58mm thick in double rebate windows in both glazed shutter and flymesh shutter, (75 x 58)mm outer frame, mullion (74 x 53)mm, glazed shutter (52 x 50)mm, flymesh (42 x 21)mm, beading for glass fixing (12 x 12)mm in fixed portion and the outer frame and mullions to have rebate for glazed/gauzed shutters the sections cut to length metre joined with corner Poly Vinyl Chloride brackets centre mullion fixed with Poly Vinyl Chloride Mullion caps. Glass of 4mm thick plain float glass fitted with rubber gasket in glazed shutter and wiremesh of stainless steel of 36 guage to fix mesh in mesh shutter using VC Gypsum drywall screws and spoon profile of 0.58mm GI Sheet. Corners of the windows should be joined with corner brackets made of poly vinyl chloride with CRCA of zinc phosphate coat. Each glazed shutter and fly mesh shutter shall be provided with SS Pivot Hinges 2 nos in each, Poly Vinyl Chloride handle - 1 no in each and powder coated peg stay in glass shutter. Window shall be provided with enamel paint MS Grill/ guard bars made of 10mm horizontal MS square bar welded to 6 x 12mm MS flat with holes at both vertical ends. Gap between the bars should not be more than 152mm. Window frames shall be fixed to brick / concrete masonry by using nylon self expansion caps & 75/100mm MS screws after drilling in walls. VC Gypsum drywall screws should be used while fixing corner brackets, stay, hinges, mullion caps of windows. Type-4000 series ref drg No CEAF/STD-191/2014 SH1/2&2/2.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size (50mm x 47mm) made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stliles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid pre-laminated moulded flush door shutter of 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/sqmm, modulus of elasticity 850 N/sqmm and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- The cost of 2 nos 150mm aluminium handles, 2 nos 200mm long aluminium tower bolts , 3 Nos 100 mm aluminium butt hinges for each leaf /shutter and necessary S S screws and wire mesh shall be deemed to be included in unit rate.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other frames/ chowkhat of size (45 x 70)mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with mitre joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed stainless steel screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/sqmm, modulus of elasticity 900 N/sqmm and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/ stainless steel dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (a) MS hold fast/ lugs or stainless steel dash fasteners shall be measured and paid separately (b) WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Supply and fixing for minimum 10mm thick bakelite sheet prelaminated both side with decorative choice laminations for aluminium frame work with and including rubber beading or gasket for aluminium section complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass, any thickness, size, quality, or description from wooden/metal frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete upto 4th storey complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F sheet glass 3mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty / wooden beads in square or rectangular in section n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L joint free dark coloured / printed/ highlighter ceramic tiles (digital first quality) of size (300 x 600)mm x 10mm thick as on vertical surfaces such as dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match the shade of the tiles with and including 1omm thick rendering with cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free vitrified coloured tiles, 10mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.36 sqm but n. exc. 0.42 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces, laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per ser item No. 48.00 but as in skirting /dado laid over and including 10mm thick rendering of CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note item no 46 to 49 : (i) The cost of necessary raking, circular cutting or notching and waste on tiles shall be deemed to be included in unit rate. M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6), to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4), to be finished even and fair with mixing water proofing compound by weight as per manufacturer's instructions including necessary scaffolding up to (G+3 storey) complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying 1mm thick (min) cement based wall care putty over a coat of alkalic resistent primer and two coats of oil bound distemper up to double storey building complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying 1mm thick (min) cement based wall care putty over a coat of alkalic resistent primer and two coats of oil bound distemper up to double storey building complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width & girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in charge.

M&L for writing letter or figures (Block, roman, Italic or Indian) n. exc 30 cm high using synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Letters under 2cm height shall be measured as 2cm. (b) Letters shall be painted with thick paint so that they stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks, if necessary, they shall be repainted until the desired result is obtained.
