Assistance of manpower for routine maintenance of 33KV overhead line from 132 KV Central Substation, Kusmunda Area to 33KV/6.6KV/3.3KV Substation of KOCP and other HT and LT over head line from 33KV/6.6KV/3.3KV substation to various locations.

Description of Work

1. Assistance in jumper checking repairing/replacement and maintenance of jumpers (01 job set includes of 08 nos of jumpers on as and when required basis .1/2 job = 4 nos of jumpers) 2. Tree branches trimming work near vicinity of overheadline (01 jobs= 3 tree branches ) 3. Assistance in fixing of Light fittings in pole and towers. Assembling of light fittings and removal of old light fittings along with installation of repaired light fittings which includes carrying ,lifting and shifting of light fittings and accessories for installation (01 job set includes job for 06 nos of light fittings ) 4. Assistance in line insulation testing work & fault rectifying -(1 job set on as and when required basis ,one job include insulation testing/fault rectifying of one feeder ) 5. Carrying, Lifting and shifting of equipments such as megger,discharge rod,brackets,cables, conductor, ICTP, MCCB,Starters ,ladder and other materials required for maintenance of power circuits and assistance in routine maintenance of transformers,VCB's,OCB's, ACB's,Electrical switches, ensuring power to cameras and other equipments of Substation, KOCP-(01 job set) 6. Assistance in execution of regular works in all 3 shifts in substation including emergency works such as power failure , failure of light fittings at important locations, failure of VCB , OCB, ACB, Electricals switches , transformers, cable faults, watering and monitoring of earthpits on regular basis, Cleaning of pannels of substation, cleaning of capacitor banks. NOTE: for item no. 1 :- 15 job set within 360 days . for item 2 :- 20 job set within 360 days . for item 3- : 200 job set within 360 days. for item 4 :- 30 job set within 360 days. for item 5 :- 100 job set within 360 days. for item 6 :- 360 job set within 360 days Either jobs mentioned in Sl no. 1 to 5 are to be carried out on as and when required basis by 03 semi skilled manpower and 01 no. skilled manpower per day and Sl. No. 6 is to be executed on regular basis in two shifts by 02 nos. of skilled manpower. (03 nos semi-skilled + 03 nos skilled = 06 nos manpower required per day
