Tender for execution of Development Works to Mahadeva Temple (Construction of Visitor Amenities and Sculpture Shed) at Itagi for the year 2025-26

Sub Heading 1

Earth work in excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and for all lift, etc complete all as per specifications and directions of site-in-charge.

Providing and laying base concrete below foundation for 100mm thick of cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources), etc complete all as per specifications and directions of site-in-charge.

Providing and constructing of Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up to plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand), etc complete all as per specifications and directions of site-in charge.

Providing and constructing of Coursed rubble masonry with hard stone (first or second sort) in superstructure above plinth level Masonry work (first sort), in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) etc complete all as per specifications and directions of site-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of M.S Grill on top of the dwarf wall/boundary compound wall including fabrication with MS angle 50 x 50 x 6 mm to a height of 1.30 mtrs. with 40 x 8 mm M.S Flat along with inserting 16 mm square bar with sharp edge, necessary fixtures, including cutting, welding, applying one coat primer and two coats of approved enamel painting to the grill including fixing, installing, etc complete all as per specifications and directions of site-in-charge.

Providing and laying of coping concrete on top of the wall 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) etc complete all as per specifications and directions of site in- charge.

Providing and fixing of the MS gates at 5 locations with 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle iron and 16 mm square bar along with lifting, fixing and installation in stone pillar of 0.50 x 0.50 stone pillar including hinges, aldrops of necessary sizes, all fixtures, finishing etc complete all as per specifications and directions of site in-charge

Providing and applying of pointing to the stone joints pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) Flush/ Ruled pointing, etc complete all as per specifications and directions of site in-charge.

Demolishing the stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material away from the site etc complete all as per specifications and directions of site-in-charge.

Providing and laying of coping concrete on top of the wall 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) etc complete all as per specifications and directions of site in- charge.

Providing and laying of granite stone flooring by using granite stone slab of size 1.00 t0 1.50 m length, 0.40 to 0.50m width, 0.10 to 0.15m thickness as required and fixing in CM 1:5 over the base concrete and pointing the stone joints in CM 1:3, dressing, cutting, lifting,carrying and fixing, laying, curing etc complete all as per specifications and directions of site-in-charge.

Providing and installation, fixing of Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (Provision for providing and erection of sculpture shed by using heavy 'I' Channel at the corners, frame structure by using 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle iron on top and front door of the shed and inserting the 16 mm square bars an interval of around 0.20 cm c/c all around and on top of the shed for the safety of the sculpture including welding fixing etc complete all as per specifications and directions of site in- charge.

Providing and fixing corrugated G.I. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m². etc complete all as per specifications and directions of site-in-charge.

Disposal of debris, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved, etc complete all as per the specifications and directions of site in charge.

Shifting of artifacts / stone members from inside to sculpture shed and arranging it proper way with utmost safety of the stone members etc. complete
