System requirements: compressive strength >= 50 N/mm2 (28 days) according to ASTM C 109; Tensile strength in flexure >= 9N/ mm2 (28 days) according to EN196-1.Tensile Adhesion strength >= 12N/ mm2 (28 days) according to ASTM C 882, Pot Life : 40 Min.

Drilling and fixing injection packers in RC members including, Drilling Holes: Drilling 14 mm dia., D/2 mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of D mm c/c horizontally and D mm c/c vertically in staggered manner at an angle of 45 degree or as per recommendation of engineer in charge.(D is the section thickness) Cleaning of holes: Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. Fixing of Packers: Insert 12 mm dia., 50~75 mm long NRV packers in cleaned holes with structural grade epoxy adhesive like Sikadur-31 or equivalent. Cutting of Packers: Cut the packers by cut of wheel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

Epoxy Injection for Wet / Underwater Supply and apply a solvent-free, 2 component moisture insensitive, high early strength liquid, based on epoxy resin suitable for underwater condtions. Product: Sikadur®-53 (UF) Density : 1.1 Kg./l Product requirements: compressive strength>=40 N/mm2 (1 days) and >= 50 N/mm2 (7 days) according to ASTM D 579; Tensile Adhesion strength > 8 N/mm2 (14 days) according to ASTM C 882; tensile strength >=30 as per ISO527.

Pipe Pentetrations, fittings Supply and apply solvent free, moisture insensitive epoxy resin based patch repair putty on vertical surfaces. The putty shall be applied to a thickness of minimum 20mm on pipe penetration joint to concrete Product: Sikagard®-694 F (I) Yield: 0.6 ltr/kg. Product requirements: suitable for submerged condition; compressive strength of 40 N/mm2 (1 day) according to IS 9162-1979.

Biogenic Corrosion Protection Coating on Xolutec Technology Supply and apply 2-component highly chemical resistant, crack-bridging, biogenic sulfuric acid corrosion resistant, Xolutec - Technology based, Membrane Coating along with Xolutec Based w componend primer.
