PROVN OF OUTSOURCING SERVICES FOR CONSERVANCY AND HOUSE KEEPING IN GE (EAST) AND GE (WEST) UNDER HQ CWE AGRA

Providing services by deploying Carpenter (03 Nos) for certain repair / maint of wooden joinery, furniture articles and tighening of loose butt hinges, aldrop bolt, handles, tower bolt and casing & adjusting of loose doors / windows in the complete area of GE (East) agra and new item if required at site shall be arranged by the Deptt. Note :- The quoted rates include for :- (i) Nails, screws, wedges and keys as required at site. (ii) Hard wood or bamboo pins to framed joint. (iii) Febicol, glu for jointing as required at site. (iv) Sand paper to an even & smooth texture as required at site. (v) All T&P required for repair shall be arranged by the contractor.

Providing services by deploying Plumber (03 Nos) in complete GE (East) Agra area for repair / maint of complete internal / external water supply system including repair to fittings & fixtures like PVC tank, gate valve, stop valve, flushing cistern, gully trap, floor trap, WHB, down pipe and replacement of old rusted GI / CPVC pipes as per site requirement. New item if required at site shall be arranged by the Deptt. Note :- The quoted rates included for :- (i) The quoted rates include for cutting chases in wall, floor etc and making good to match the existing. (ii) Rates also include for removing of old unserviceable fittings to MES store yard. (iii) All T&P required for maintenance of water supply items shall be arranged by the contractor. (iv) Nails, screws, wadges and keys as required at site. (v) Quoted rates also included for nut, bolt & washer as required with white lead & mineral oil.

Providing services by deploying Electrician (04 Nos) in complete GE (East) Agra area for repair / maint of various electrical fittings and fixtures and made functional by repair / replacement of old fittings & fixtures and new items if required at site shall be arranged by the deptt. Note :- The quoted rates include for :- (i) Cuttings chases in wall, floor etc & making good the disturbed surface. (ii) Removing of all old retrieved material to MES store yard. (iii) All T&P shall be arranged by the contractor for repair / maint of electrical fittings & fixtures. (iv) Nut, bolt & washer, wedges & keys, electric tap etc shall be arranged by the contractor.

Providing services by deploying Mason (02 Nos) for repair / maint of various B/R related services complete in GE (East) Agra area and new items if required as per site requirement shall be arranged by the deptt Note :- The quoted rates include for :- (i) Cutting holes into through brick / RCC wall & making good the disturbed surface. (ii) Small articles like nut, bolt, washer, gulties, nails, bamboo pins etc shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) All T&P required for repair shall be arranged by the contractor. (iv) Removal of old material from site and deposited in store yard.

Providing services by deploying Mazdoor (04 Nos) for various activities related to bldg repair / maint in complete area of GE (East) Agra Note :- T&P as required shall be arranged by the contractor.

Providing services by deploying Sweeper / Safaiwala ( Total 11 Nos) i.e 05 Nos for GE (West) Agra area and 06 Nos for GE (East) Agra area and provide services for daily cleaning and mopping of entire offices area, including rooms, verandah, porch, wash room, toilet, stair case & garden area and dusting & cleaning of office furniture equipment, railing doors / windows / glass panes, boards, name plate etc including removing of garbage from dustbin & waste bucket to nearby garbage pit as directed at site by the Engineer in charge. Note :- Contractor shall provide cleaning items viz brooms / wipers / dusting cloth & bucket etc and quoted rates shall be deemed to included the same.

Note for item No.1 to 6 :- (i) The distribution of resources amongst varios offices will be communicated by GE. (ii) Office time from monday to sataurday of eight hour shift irrespective of office timing except sunday & holiday (iii) Contractor shall made payment to the employed workers through authorized bank Account through RTGS only and photocopy of receipt of payment shall be attached with the RAR / final bill. (iv) Staff engaged for various activities as per BOQ will not the leave the office premises under any circumstances, if during surprise check by the representative of the Deptt, any staff found absent then panalty of Rs.500/ day per person will be imposed and will be deducted from the contractors RAR / final bill. (v) Employed manpower will bear neat, cleaned & Ironed uniform colour as decided by the GE and Top of shirt bearing MES Logo and words "Military Engineer Services team utilities" displayed on the front pocket. (vi) Montly wages shall be paid by the contractor to the workers / labour online. The proof of the same shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE. The contractor will be required to submit copy of valid labour licence from the labour commissioner within 15 days of commencement of work. If the contractor fails to subit the same within the stipulated period, the contract shall be liable to be cancelled and the performance security of the firm shall be forfeited.
