Cleaning, sweeping, and scavenging of roads, footpaths, etc. in Dheerpur, including removal of vegetation, grass, and bushes from roads, and collection and disposal of garbage, malba, refuse, dead animals, etc., to the nearest dustbin/collection point/dhalao, complete, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Cleaning of each part of roads shall be carried out on alternate days, i.e., three times a week, by deploying 5 Safai Karamcharis for six days a week, so as to ensure that half of the total road area (i.e., 118600.00 /2 = 59300.00 sqm.) is cleaned each day.

For roads having Right of Way (ROW) of 20.00 m, 24.00 m, and 30.00 m (Total area of roads is 118600 sqm.)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Hiring of Hydraulic Excavator (3D) with driver and fuel as and when required at the site under the jurisdiction of NMD-2/DDA.

Cost Index @3% on DSR 2023

Conditions-: 1.The contractor shall ensure cleaning the roads by deploying at least 5 safai karamcharis per day (except Sundays). In case of non-deployment or non-performance, a penalty of ₹2,085/- per safai karamchari per day shall be imposed on the agency for the concerned day. 2. Due to unhygienic condition at site, If any challan is levied by the civic agency or any Govt. Deptt. the same will be borne by the agency. The agency will be responsible for all legal actions and nothing shall be paid extra to the agency in this regard. 3. The cost of all the items /tools required for executing item no.1 is included in the rates of the item no.1 & nothing extra shall be paid.
