Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Make: Polycab/Havells/RR/Gloster) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision mms make) incl. necy. fittings as required (E14/1a)

i) 2 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) + 1 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) ECC

ii) 2x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) + 1 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) ECC

Supply & Delivery 1.1KV grade LT Aluminium PVC Armoured cable( Make- Havells/Polycab/Gloster/RR/KEI) as per choice of EIC. The cable shall conform to IS 7098/ Part I with anti termite and anti rodent features.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables. (F4/7c)

Finishing of the XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable ends by crimping method with cable sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, soldering materials, tapes etc. and making connection to switch, BDB and BBC etc. (F5/8b)

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S &F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: (G1/2)

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe (G2/3a)

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl.drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc (G3/c)

Supplying & Fixing bulk head light fitting (Havells/Phillips make) with die cast aluminium housing & frosted glass on wall/ceiling incl. S & F 11/8 Watt LED lamp complete set.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 6/16A, plug socket with separate 16 A Piano key type switch (Make: Anchor) on sheet metal switch board embedded in wall incl. S & F 150x100x65mm MS (16SWG) switch board and bakelite/perspex top cover of 3mm thick by Brass screws after making housing for switch by cutting bakelite/perspex cover and making necessary connections as required (E6/22)

Distmantling charges for old wiring and equipment.

Less cost of dismantled old unservicible material which will be decided by P.W.D Engineer Rs. 2000.00
