Dismantling of wall, display board /ceiling board fibre, pulp, insulation etc or insulation board /slab/wool of any thickness including cover fillets.

S&F Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre / intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces including prepatation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing false ceiling of module size of 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24 x 38 mm made from 0.27mm thick GI sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24 x 32 mm made of 0.27 mm thick sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm and center to center form a grid of 1200 x 600 mm and secondry cross "T" of length 60 mm and size 24 x 26 mm made of 0.30mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200 x 600 mm panel to form grid of 600 x 600 mm and wall angle of size 19 x 19 x 0.35 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid .Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using 2mm dia GI hanger including 6mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed in ceiling flat or sloping to Aluminum frame work with screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash ,sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of Brickwork, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction.. Note : WPC to be measured and paid separately

Material & Labour for cleaning of roof surfaces and applying a coat of oil base bituminous primer @ 0.30 lit per sqm including laying of APP based polymeric membrane weighing not less than 3.00 kg/ Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (wt, not less than 150gms/sq. m) laid on primed surface by tension application with 100mm overlap traverse and 150mm overlap longitudinal including and finishing the surface by applying two coat of aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm on each coat including taking down old treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work

Material & Labour for providing cement concrete 30mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded agg) as in padding on roofs slab to receive water proofing treatment, laid to required slope, finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with liquid water proofing compound @200ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only liquid Water Proofing Compound.

M & L for Wire netting of galvanised steel wire (Chicken mesh) netting 0.91mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceiling, stanchions, beams etc including all laps, cutting waste, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying three coats of white wash to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L two coats of oil emulsion distemper on wall newly plastered surface over a coat of chalk white primer including wall care putty making smooth finish surface and complete preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer including use of scaffoldings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028 , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise spceifically provided for.as directed

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings

S/F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall /chajja, fixed with self tapping screw as specified.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) , fixed with self tapping screws /J or L hooks as specified

S&F 0.63mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 fixed with self tapping screws/J or L hooks as specified.

Supply and fix in repairs high proformence industrial circulator/ ventilator wind driven turbine dia of bottom ring 600 mm Top plate and bottom ring made of stainless steel with FRP base to match roofing sheet with polyster rasin powder coated top of the ventilator turbine made of aluminium with integrated and reinforced main bearing housing the shaft of stainless steel and varplitch from aluminium rotation bearing made of twin ZZ ball bearing encased in single integrated bearing and housing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Ventilator will be provided with sufficeint number of iron spikes to avoid monkey menace.

S & F Mild steel Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and contersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc., wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.,) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

M&L Cutting grooves in brick wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep out cracks to 'V' section grouting cracks with cement slurry 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound to fixed the sheet with walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs lever gear box with crank handle and gear assembly 11 inch size all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel miscellaneous work as in old existing steel door such as replacement of broken hinges, clamp, iron hooks, MS Handles, MS Hand made sliding door bolt etc., or similar MS work including taking down or steel door welding for erecting of new ms hinges, clamp etc., refixing of shutters in same or other opening alongwith all required greasing cleaning complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (Taking down and refixing of Double leaf shutter with above fitting count as one JOB)

S&F rough cast, wired figured glass, 6.4mm thick and glazing with oil putty in squares exc 0.75 Sqm but not exc 1.00 Sqm including hacking out old broken glass complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws including taking down old aluminium work, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws including taking down old aluminium work all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamle paint over a coat of redoxide including scaffolding where required for external painting complete all as specfiied and directed.

Note:- The amount against the Schedule of Credit mentioned in the tender document shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.
