SCH 'A' PART-I (B/R PORTION) M&L for Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.45 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.45 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including hangers of 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 25 x 10 mm size upto 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 8 mm dia. 40mm long and Providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed in flat or steps or any pattern as approved by Engineer-in-charge/ GE with screw as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. Make: Gyproc/ Everest or equivalent make.

M&L providing aluminum snap Grid frame work for false ceiling with of size 605x605 mm, using main and cross Tee of size 36.5 mm x 25mm x 1.4 mm, weighing 0.24 Kg/RM and 23.5mm x 26.4mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.191 Kg/RM respectively. The snap grid shall be supported at end all along the wall with alu anodized angle of size 40 mm x 25 mm x 2 mm weighing 0.36 Kg/RM the snap grid shall be fixed to ceiling supporting hangers consisting of 6 mm dia MS rod, J bolts, nuts and washers as per manufacturer's instructrions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 6mm thick Gypsum board ceilling of size 600X600 fixed or laid/inserted to Aluminium framework complete all as specified and directed

M&L Prefabricated, 75mm wide POP moulded moulding fixed on ceiling/wall complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight of curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in modular brick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over 3 mm thick wall care putty on wall above newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, for preparation of newly ceiling surfaces and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

SCH 'A' PART-II (E/M PORTION) Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note :Credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately)

M & L for point wiring with 1.5Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor , 1100 Volt FRLS graded single core cable for phase and neutral drawn through rigid PVC conduit med grade minimum 20mm size and its accessories complete concealed including provn of pressed steel terminal box of suitable size fabricated out of 2mm thick MS sheet top cover for fixing switches, SSC sheet top cover including one run of 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable for earth continuty conductor, complete all as specified and directed. (a) One light point controlled by one 5/6 Amp one way switch. Note:- All the disturbed surfaces of wall / ceiling shall be made good to match the existing wall / ceiling finishes and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement celing rose surface backelite with 2-3 terminal 65x30mm complete all as specified and directed. (Make - Anchor/ LEGRAND/ Bajaj/Havells or similar makes as mentioned in PS)

M&L in replacement Switch piano, flush type single pole, one way 5 Amp complete all as specified and directed. Make -Anchor/LEGRAND/Bajaj/ Havells or similar make as mentioned in PS)

Taking down fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades and refixing again using extra down rod cable after fixing of zipsum false ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Ceiling light from ceiling after removing of electric connection from ceiling rose and deposited at MES Store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site complete all as specified and directed.
