Demolition of brick work/ masonary built in cement mortar and removal of rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble masonary, uncoursed, well bonded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble masonary (except stone), uncoursed, well bonded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Serviceable quantity of stone obtained from sl item No. 1 above shall be reused under this item.

M&L 20mm thick rendering CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface including finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra over hammer dressed facings, with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n.exc 20mm to block-in-course masonary.

M&L flush pointing to random rubble masonary uncoursed or brought upto courses in cm 1:4

M&L flush pointing to random rubble masonary uncoursed or brought upto courses in cm 1:4 including raking out of joints in repair work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm rendering CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface including finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling as mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B2 (1:2:4) (40mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in position not otherwise specifically provided for.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing’s and straining and fixing to any type of stranded rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvainsed mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc directed (each line wire to be measured).

M&L for dismantling/ demolition of wrought iron/ mild steel/ steel works of any description and in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel framed work for grills, hold fasts etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290-0 or Fe-310-0, incl portions framed and hung as gates, pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B-1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like

M&L providing reinforced cement concrete nominal mix (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for rough finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L preparing painting on steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth, on new surface over a coat of red oxide zin primer and two coat of synthetic enameled paint over it.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 Grade, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 100mm thick B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in floors laid in bags complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 100mm thick type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floor.

Precast cement concrete block type B-1 (1:2:4) 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone set in cement mortar 1:4 masonary with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition stone slabs and tiles laid dry bedded or pointed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like one piece full in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing and rubbish off the premises out slide MD land without extra charge to Govt complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made heavy duty full body digital matt finish, paving coloured tiles of size 300mm x 300mm x 10mm thick for eternal use laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 including jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured tiles epoxy grout to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 200mm dia reinforced concrete pipes class NP2 laid and jointed completed with collar complete all as specified and as directed including bedding layer of 20mm thick in CM 1:4:8 equal to the width as described in SSR Part-II.

M&L for excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m In depth for foundation etc or for shafts, manholes, pier holes etc n, exc 10sqm on plan and not.exc 1.50m in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for systematical cleaning of blockage of WC Indian, Orissa pattern or European type and bathroom/ kitchen including cleaning of Nahani traps/ gully traps/ floor by removing of all the mud/ storage and getting out in including cleaning of SGSW or CI pipe upto 1st manhole and depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance n.exc 50metres from the guilt trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earth work complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) The contractor or his authorised representative shall collect the complaints of all blockage from complaint cell/ Engr-in Charge daily and all complaints will be rectified by the contractor within same day and returned the complaint slip after completion of complaint and get receipt from concerned JE/ Engr-in Charge. If he fails to complete the work within same day then recovery will be made @ Rs 50.00 per complaint per day. (ii) Work shall be done in foul conditions, necessary precautionary measures/ equipments to be adopted by the contractor. (iii) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in Charge without any extra cost to Govt.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming 25cm in thickness in any type of soil complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point turning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
