However, in case of medical items other than medicines such as rubber goods, consumables, implants and appliances etc. not covered under the new drug policy guidelines issued by Railway Board, the purchaser reserve its right to purchase it from the firms registered with NWR Jaipur, who are either manufacturing, marketing or even distributing agency for the product offered. In such cases the inspection of manufacturing unit is not mandatory.
