Construction of Road Drain Sector-1 (Gata Number 263) at Transport Nagar Yojna , Aligarh

Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table no, 300-2 Carted earth 8 km. As per MORTH Specification 305/SI No 3.18

Construction of Granular Sub Base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density, complete As per MORTH Specification 401/SI No 4.1

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub-base/ base coarse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. As per MORTH Specification 406/SI No 4.14

Brick edging on both side of road of first class bricks 8 cm wide & 12 cm deep lead with mud mortar including all labour and supply of bricks finished to required template & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.SI No 765 SOR 2022

Providing and applying Primer coat with SS2 Grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg per sqm with mechanincal means. As per MORTH Specification 502/SI No 5.01

Providing , laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates using viscocity grade bitumen to required line , grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hotmix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/ hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller finished to required level and grades. MORTH Specification No - 510 SI No 5.07

Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat (Type-B) with HMP of approved capacity not less 200 tonnes/hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade as per clause 511 SI No 5.09

DRAIN

EXCAVATION in foundation in ordinary Soil ( Loam, clay or sand ) including lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge upto a distance of 30 m.from foundation trenches by hydraulic excavator/manual means. For building/drain work only

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. in Foundation and floors.

Providing & Laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, with 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement :1.5 Coarse Sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement . All work upto plinth level (RAFT)

R C C work in Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. Including the cost of centering shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement .1:1.5:3 (1 Cement :1.5 Coarse Sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level
