Supply , Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Air Cooled Hi Wall split Air Conditioner with 5 Meter copper pipe, outdoor stand (Floor/ Wall mounted) and 3 meter drain pipe, timer with latest 3 star invertor rating system as per BEE amended unto date complete with Indoor unit(IDU), Out door unit (ODU), R-32 Green Refrigerant, wireless Remote control, suitable for working between 155-265V with low & high voltage cutoff and 50 hz, 1 phase AC supply capable of performing cooling, dehumidification, air circulation of following capacity with Scroll / rotary compressor. Make- O' General/ Mitsubishi Electric. The rates shall be including of transportation and other incidental work with 1.5 TR with 3 star invertor rating of BEE {ISEER not less than 3.83 & Rated Cooling Capacity (at 100 % Load ) not less than 18000 BTU/hr}. Note: The bidder is required to quote unit rate of both Mitsubishi and O'General. Authority will decide make and number for total requirement of 80 Nos. and work order will be issued accordingly.
