Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame), area n.exc 1.50 sqm each including making good disturbed portions of wall with new or old bricks, lintel, cills etc Including brick work of jambs and Cill in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame), area exc 1.50 sqm but n.exc 4.0 sqm each, including making good disturbed portions of wall with new or old bricks, lintel, cills etc Including brick work of jambs and Cill in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including taking down of backing plaster to brick / concrete wall surface), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, coloured (shade and pattern as approved by Engineer-in-Charge), area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick laid in floors etc over & including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing by machine complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over & including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed

M & L for non - skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (i.e. 450 x 300 mm or 600 x 300 mm or as directed by Engineer-in-charge) on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting, etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for factory made coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment to match the shade of tiles, over & including 20 mm thick cement screed bed or brdding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.
