CWE/CHM(U)-99/2020-21 REPAIR/MAINT OF SEWAGE ASSETS AT COMMAND HOSPITAL SEWAGE INSTALLATION, INTERMEDIATE AT VATIKA AND OLD STP AT CHANDIMANDIR

M & L for pumping out of STP water from the 50000 gallons capacity under ground sump(open from the top) by means of suitable pumping set of appropriate capacity and thorough cleaning of the sump by rubbing, scrapping the surfaces and taking out all the foreign materials, silt, mud, sludge etc from the sump including vegitation from the unit and disposing off at confined places in borrow pits and covering the borrow pits with 15cm thick layer of soil, distance not less than 500 mtrs and applying two coats of white wash on the entire internal surfaces of sump complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary T&P , pumping set, pipes etc shall be arranged by the contractor. Required safety equipments such as hand gloves, headgears, masks, gum boots, oxygen gas cylinders and any other necessary safety equipment/materials etc shall also be arranged by the contractor. Labour trained in cleaning of sewerage sumps shall only be deployed to carry out the above job. Entire responsibility for safety of the deployed labour shall be of the cotractor and deptt shall not be responsible for any mishappening or any type of loss occured during the execution of above job. Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of all the above factors and no extra payment shall be made for the same.

Disconnecting electrically and mechanically & taking out from the sewerage water well , submersible type non clog pump sets of capacity 15/30 HP by means of chain pulley blocks of suitable capacity complete with column pipes, cables, supporting chain etc to carry out necessary repairs complete all as directed. ( Depth of the well is appx 12 Mtrs.)

Lowering of the repaired submersible type non clog pump sets of capacity 15/30 HP by means of chain pulley blocks of suitable capacity complete with column pipes, cables, supporting chain etc into the sewerage water well and connecting electrically and mechanically incl testing for proper working complete all as directed. ( Depth of the well is appx 12 Mtrs.)

M & L for disconnecting the electric motor from the non clog type submersible sewage pump, shifting to workshop, dismantling the defective 30 HP 3 phase 415 volts submersible type motor of any make for removing the burnt out windings from the stator , cleaning the slots of the stator properly, rewinding of stator with best quality PVC isulated copper winding wire of appropriate gauge all as per existing incl all insulating materials, tapes, PVC sleeves , connecting leads with sleeve etc and cleaning of rotor assembly with soft cloths , reassembling the electric motor , shifting back to the site , reconnecting with the pump and testing for proper working complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6 here-in-before but 15 HP capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dismantling the 30 HP capacity sewage water non clog submersible pump set of any make , repairing by replacement of pump shaft, GM neck rings, pump impeller, water seals/ impeller keys, lock nut, thrust block , gaskets and reassembling the same,shifting back to site, reconnecting and testing for satisfactory working complete all as directed.

All as per item Ser No 8 above but 15 HP capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down ductile iron/Cast Iron pipes 250 mm bore and removing from site (including all fittings) with spigot & socket ends complete all as directed. Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

Taking up or down ductile iron/Cast Iron pipes 150 mm bore removing from site (including all fittings) with spigot & socket ends complete all as directed. Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of ductile iron pressure pipe with socket & spigot ends confirming to IS:8329/2000 in standard length of 5.50 - 6.00 meter of classification K-7 suitable for push on rubber tyton (gasket D-jointing) with cement mortar lining in the pipes having 250 mm bore and testing the joints for any leakage with required water pressure complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Joints and CI/DI specials shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

All as per item Ser No. 12 here-in-before but of size 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair ductile iron pipe fittings such as bends, tapers, tee pieces single branch, "Y" junction, collars, caps and plugs etc spigot socketed or flanged ends type of size upto 250 mm nominal bore conforming to IS-9520/2000 with pressure rating PN-1 (all the fittings shall be coated for rust prevention i.e. external coating zinc rich paint with finishing layer of bituminous as per Annexure - A of IS:9523/2000 and internal lining shall be of cement mortar with seal coat as per Annexure 'B' of IS-9523/2000) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Joint and jointing material shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing mild steel black pipe with flanged ends ISI Marked, Fe 410 grade as per IS:1239/2004 nominal bore 150 mm, medium grade (Class B) in standard length of 5.50 - 6.00 meter complete incl jointing materials such as nuts/bolts/washers/rubber gaskets etc all as specified and as directed.

Cutting to existing CI/DI pipe line of size 150mm dia required for repair/replacement of pipe line and insertion of collars/tail pieces, tee etc including bailing out of leaking water if any, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 16 here-in-before but 250 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rubber ring tyton push joints ISI marked suitable for spigot & socketed ends DI pipe and fittings for size upto 150 mm bore as per IS: 5382 with jointing material complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Ser No 18 but 250 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable sluice valves, foot valves, NRVs of any type and dia 100/150/200 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cast iron sluice valve 150 mm bore with flanged ends and SS stem (AISI 410) class PN 1.6 non rising stem type with hand wheel operation, duly ISI marked complete including all jointing materials such as nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gaskets etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing column pipes with flanged ends made from 100 mm dia MS black pipe med grade class B with and incl 10 mm thick MS flanged duly welded at the ends drilled with holes for bolts incl jointing materails such as nuts/bolts/washers/rubber gaskets etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F cast iron foot valve flanged type of size 200 mm dia complete incl all jointing materials such as nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gaskets etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for pump set foundations etc, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in 1:4 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for lean concrete etc, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for clearing of pump house area by digging out bushes, shrubs , wild grass etc and levelling the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old rusted valve pit frames , sheet covers, railings etc complete all as directed.

Material and labour for MS framed work such as grills, valve pit frames, fencing post ,walk ways railings, frame work of water tank and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc with angle irons, channels etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L MS black sheet 3mm thickness used as valve pit cover incl painting work with two coats of black bitumouns paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L foundation bolts 600 mm long for pump sets made from 20 mm dia MS rod dully threaded at top upto 200 mm length with and including two MS nuts and 3 mm thick washers complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electrically and mechanically centrifugal pump set of capacity 20/25/30 HP and taking down from the existing PCC foundation and refixing the same at the original postion after repairing of PCC foundation incl reconnecting electrically and mechanically and testing for proper working complete all as directed. Note:- Reparing of PCC foundation shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No 42 here-in-before but capacity 40/50 HP complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 42 here-in-before but capacity 60/75 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electrically and mechanically centrifugal pump set of capacity 20 HP and taking down from the existing PCC foundation at underground sewage pump house , taking out using proper T & P , chain pulley block, ropes, chains etc and refixing the same at the original postion after repairing of PCC foundation incl reconnecting electrically and mechanically and testing for proper working complete all as directed. Note. PCC foundation shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling the existing suction lines and delivery lines by cutting/removing the rusted nuts & bolts of 20 HP pump sets of size 100/150 mm dia including all fittings/valves etc, taking out from the under ground sewage pump house and cleaning properly internally with wire brushes/iron rods etc to clear any blockage , refixing the same and testing for proper working complete all as directed. (Appx length 20 RM) incl all nuts/bolts/gaskets etc and painting with two coats of black bitumonous paint complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Work for item no 45 & 46 is to be carried out at under ground sewage pump house at a depth of appx 12 mtrs.Necessary T&P , required safety equipments such as hand gloves, headgears, masks, gum boots, oxygen gas cylinders etc shall also be arranged by the cotractor. Entire responsibility for safety of the deployed labour shall be of the contractor and deptt shall not be responsible for any mishappening or any type of loss occured during the execution of above job. Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of all the above factors and no extra payment shall be made for the same.

Disconnecting electric supply and taking out old unserviceable panels any size incl all accessories/starters etc complete all as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of indoor type CPRI approved CRCA Sheet double door LT panel board fabricated out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet for outer body and 2 mm thick for inner partitions/chambers and 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick angle iron for frame work and legs (04 nos legs each of length 750 mm) with locking arragement for doors, dust/vermin and water proof, dully powder coated, suitable for 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz AC supply complete all as directed with and incl the following :- [a] MCCB four pole with thermal and magnetic adjust 400 amps capacity 25 KA 415 volts - 2 No (Incoming and out going) and aluminium strip bus bars TPN 600 amps capacity sleeve insulated in color code mounted on epoxy insulators - 01 set. [b] Change over on line 400 Amps 415 volts - 01 No (Outgoing) [c] MCB four pole 25 amps capacity 415 volts-01 No (Outgoing) [d] Three phase digital voltmeter 0-500 volts range square flush type of size 96x96mm - 01No

[e] Three phase digital ampmeter 0-400 amps range square flush type of size 96x96 mm complete along with three nos LT CTs of ratio 400/5 amps - 01 Set [f] LED indicator RYB - 03 Nos and earthing terminals - 02 nos [g] Complete wiring of panel board circuits with single core copper conductor FRLS cable of suitable size Note : (i) All existing and new connections of incoming/outgoing cables shall be done through appropriate size of copper thimbles. (ii) Drawing, circuit diagram and all materials / instruments incl makes etc for starter panel shall be got approved by GE before fabrication. (iii) Location for Panel : Command Pump House

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor type floor mounting size as per manufacturer's design Polycarbonate CPRI approved OEM made Motor Starter Panel suitable for , shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES which should be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4: The panel should be anti-acid & anti corrosive. Degree of protection against mechanical load should be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacturer of board/panel shall submit a copy of CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE OF DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP65 IN ACCORDANCE WITH IEC 60529. The gasket should be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The manufacturer of board/panel SHALL submit a copy of TYPE TEST REPORT of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1.

The CPRI report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily: Temperature Rise, Dielectric Properties, Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak & short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits. The board manufacturer must submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable. Guarantee and warrantee certificates will be accepted only from original manufacturer. The panel should passed glow wire test 960oC in accordance with 60695-2-11 flame retardant and self-extinguishing with MC 75 for base frame & angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm size legs , 04 nos legs 600 mm long, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 for grouting of base,suitable for 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz 4 wire AC supply complete all as directed with and incl the following:- (A) (i) MCB 3 pole, 415 Volts, rating 32 Amps, 10 KA - 04 No. (ii) Line contactor, AC 3 duty, 415 Volts, 50 Hz,150 Amps-01 No. (iii) Soft starter 3 phase, 50 Hz, 415 V, Icl current rating 110 A, with heat sink , internal bypass, supply voltage limits from 195V to 484 V, phase failure and thermal protection, suitable for 55 kW motor, complete all as specified and directed. Contractor shall provide all these items of one make only.

M & L for disconnecting electrically from power supply and mechanically from the pump, taking down the defective 20 HP 3 phase 415 volts squirrel cage induction electric motor of any make from the foundation and dismantling the same for removing the burnt out windings from the stator, cleaning the slots of the stator properly, rewinding of stator with best quality super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge all as per existing incl all insulating materials, varnishing & drying properly, connecting leads sleeve insulated up to terminal block and connections, cleaning of rotor assembly with soft cloths, reassembling the electric motor, shifting back to the site, refixing on the foundation and reconnecting electrically & mechaniclly, testing for proper working complete all as directed. Note:- Required T & P and transportation shall be arranged by the contractor and unit rate quoted will be deemed to incl the cost of the same.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6 mm thick burried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal GL and with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to GI strip earth lead of size 32x6 mm by means GI nuts/bolts/washers complete incl charcoal dust, salt, 20 mm dia med grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, 40 mm dia med grade GI protection pipe , PCC pit and CI cover, earth work in any type of soil complete excavation, refilling, removal of surplus soil etc complete all as directed incl test point and testing on complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earthing test results shall be prepared by the contractor and submitted to the Engr-in-Charge. Earthing resistance shall be to the entire satisfaction of Engr-In-Charge. GI strip 32x6 mm and 40 mm dia GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L GI strip 32x6 mm laid as earthing lead and erthing continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed

S & F aluminium strip 25 x 5 mm laid as earthing continuity conductor and for earthing connection complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable submain wiring incl conduits etc of any size/type complete all as specified and directed

M & L for submain wiring on surface with FRLS PVC insulated single core cable with stranded copper conductor of size 2x2.5 sqmm for phase and neutral and 1x1.5 sqmm for earthing in steel conduits medium grade complete incl all fittings all as directed. Make of cable:- Havells/BCH/Plaza or equivalent make specified in Appx 'B'.

All as Item No. 94 here-in-before above but 4x10 sqmm and 2 x 6 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs LED flood light luminaire of capacity 100 watt with secondary optics made in pressure die cast housing with heat sink and aluminium extrusion with IP 66 of capacity 100 watt dully fixed on wall with and incl 10 mm dia 150 mm long anchor bolts Cat No BARFEG 100W LED of make Bajaj or any equivalent specified in Appx 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs LED tube light fitting batten type complete with batten, LED tubelight 18 watt capacity and two nos square PVC blocks dully fixed on wall complete all as directed. Cat No BLRBDB 118 for batten and BLRB18WCWc for LED tube light Both of Make Bajaj or equivalent make specified in Appx 'B'.

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable aluminium/copper conductor cable incl flexible pipe of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor flat submersible cable 3 core 25 sqmm 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing of PVC insulated HRFR copper conductor single core 16 sqmm 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs PVC flexible conduit 40 mm dia heavy grade best quality fixed with C shape clamps of suitable size complete all as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire, wire mesh, incl line wire any type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing any size and type including line wires complete all as directed.

Supply only chain link MS hot dip galvanised fencing any size and type complete all as directed. Note. Weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOQ convened by the GE.
