Water Bound Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (53 mm to 22.4 mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. I/C cost of material, labour, T&P and all Taxes but Excluding GST

Crack Prevention Courses Stress absorbing membrane (SAM) crack width less then 6 mm (for small project) Providing and laying of a stress absorbing membrane over a cracked road surface, with crack width below 6 mm after cleaning with a mechinical broom, using modified binder complying with IRC:SP: 53, sprayed at the rate of 9 kg per 10 sqm and spreading 5.6 mm crushed stone aggregates @ 0.11 cum per 10 sqm with hydraulic chip spreader, sweeping the surface for uniform spread of aggregates and surface finished to conform to clause 902. I/C cost of material, labour, T&P and all Taxes but Excluding GST

Tack Coat :- Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen Pressure distributor at the rate of 0.2 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical means. I/C cost of material, labour, T&P and all Taxes but Excluding GST

Open - Graded Premix Surfacing :- Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using Viscocity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades. I/C cost of material, labour, T&P and all Taxes but Excluding GST

Bituminous Concrete 30mm :- Providing and laying bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregrates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, @ 5.4 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade. level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled vibatory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per MOTRH specification Clause 509 complete in all respect. I/C cost of material, labour, T&P and all Taxes but Excluding GST
