Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

Materials and labour 2nd class hardwood plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, claen sawn, secured with nails or brads of section exc 13 sqcm but n.exc 25 Sqcm complete all as specified and as directed.

Matertials and labour preparation of New wooden surfaces n.exc 10 Cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix stainles steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n. exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25Cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, well , cesspits,manholes,pier holes etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm as in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material of soft / loose soil exc. 250 m but n.exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for hardcore of gauge n.exc 63 mm of broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of covered or uncovered drain of any section and depth and removal of sludge, rubbish and other forign materials and flushingb with adequate quantity of water and deposited the sludge to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in pillars, boundary pillars, posts and foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching, coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour Extra for forming 30 Cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No.19 above but for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 Cm.

Material and Labour RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Material and Labour Brick work with fly ash bricks of designation 7.5, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directeded.

All as per item No. 22.00 here-in-before but except bricks. Note:- Old Serviceable bricks obtained from demolition shall be reused.

Supply and fix Steel rolling shutters, thickness of lath 1.00mm, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: push pull or manual type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolloing shutter complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Steel window with side hung shutter including projecting type hinges with side handle and steel peg stay complete with glazing bar, dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and asd irected.

Supply and fix TMT steel bars 10m dia and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, gates etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bar, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 Gde E-250 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Mild steel work in tubular trusses including special special shaped washer etc complete with ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161=1979 grade St-240 as in roof trusses and purlins complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Rolled mild steel plate Fe-290 ( Gde-E-165) ( Plain or chequered) with riveted, bolted or welded attachment etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Mild steel screw bolt ( machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other end or screwed both ends, each screwed ends to be fitted with one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5 Cm but n.exc 10Cm long and dia of neck 16 to 20mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour Glazed ceramic colour tiles in vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados, risers etc of size 450 x 350 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement ot match the tiles over and including 10mm thick backing course in CM 1:4 for receiving tiles.

Material and Labour for 50 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 100 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour Machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick as in skirting, dado and pillar laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 10mm thick backing course in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 3mm thick ordinary quality sheet glass and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc. 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Materials and labour Preparation of old plastered ceilling surfaces and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Aluminium door with powder coated anodized aluminium frame of section size 101.60mm x 44.75mm x 2.4 mm (Jindal section 14021) thick, with shutter of style member size of 85mm x 44.45x2.00mm thick (Jindal section 19560), Top/ bottom rail of member size 114.30mm x 44.45 x 2.15mm (Jindal section19574) and lock rail of member size 100mm x 44.45m x 2.0mm thick (Jindal section19564) with rubber gasket and aluminium glazing clip beading and the bottom panelof the door shall be fitted with 12m thick prelaminated particle board decorated on both sides of approved colour and 5.5mm thick tinted glass in top panel complete incl all necessary fittings such as 02 Nos aluminium anodized handles of approved size and shape, 02 Nos aluminium anodised tower bolts, 200 mm long and 01 No mortice lock per shutter. etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of glazing and prelaminated particle board shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted by tenderer and cost of Mortice lock shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of these schedule.

Supply and fix Aluminium extruded section Door closer hydraulically regulated designation No 1, universal type suitable for door shutters up to 700 mm in width and of weight not more than 35 Kg complete all as specified.
