Note to item no. 1 to 19 :- (i) If soil obtained from excavation of building/ structures is not adequate/sufficient or suitable for filling in trenches, plinth, under floor, traverse etc additional earth required shall be obtained from outside MD land without any extra cost to Govt. (ii)Below each igloos and associated traverse walls the NGL will be fixed by GE. The top soil of 500mm thickness on entire plot having igloo, traverse wall from outer to outer edge of foundation of traverse walls around igloos in length and breadth to be stabilized by adding required cement as per design mix (to be done by contractor under own arrangement from NABL Govt approved Lab). The soil to be stabilized should be non expansive as approved by GE. The compaction to be done in layer upto 98% to achieve “K” value 5KN/m2/m which is to be checked before laying foundation on compaction site. (iii) The foundation to be laid as per Drg. The plinth height to be achieved 1.5m above NGL. The filling below foundation to be done using non expansive soil to achieve 98% compaction. This process is part of lump sum cost of building.

ROAD/HARDSTANDING/PQC
Material and labour for rolling and consolidating formation surface in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne power roller including filling in depressions which occurs during the process of rolling, rolling to required gradient and camber and testing of desire 'K' value before laying of first layer of GSB @ 60 Mtr C/C complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for 150 mm thick (completed thickness) Granular Sub Base Course(GSB) Grade V in a single/Double layer (as per table 400-1 and 400-2 of Morth & H specification) over compacted subgrade with stone aggregate by using motor grader,spreding, levelling and rolling with vibrratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN stactc wt.and consolidating to required gradiant and camber complete all as specified and directed.(finished surface tolerances as per table 900-1of Morth specification for road and bridge works.
M&L for 100 mm compacted thickness wet mix macadom (WMM) manufactured in WMM plant compacted (as per table 400-12 and 400-13) of Morth specifiactions of road and bridge works), with crushed stone aggregate of specified grading, spreding using senser paver and consolidating to required gradiant and camber complete all as specified and directed. If the water absorption value of coarse aggeregate is greater than 2%, the soundness test shall be carried out on the delivered at site. Finished surface tollerences as per table 900-1of Morth specification for road and bridge works.
M & L for Dry Lean Concrete ( DLC) of Thickness 125 mm having compressive strength 7 Mpa at 07 days ( Para 4.1 IRC:SP:49-2014) for each consective group of 5 cubes individual strength of each cube must not be less than 5.5 MPa at 07 days (Para 4.1 IRC:SP:49-2014) Size of aggregates not excceding 26.5 mm ( Grading and other physical parameters as table 600-1 of MoRTH specificaions for Roads and Bridge works/ table 1 IRC:SP:49-2014) Mixed in batching plant , transported to site and laid by sensor paver including spreading and compacting using double drum smooth wheelled vibratory rollers with 80-100KN static wt including necessary form work, finishing etc complete all as specified and directed. Transeverse joints, where required will be paid sepratly
Supply and laying ( No additional payment for overlap) 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) having minimum weight 390 gm/ Sqm over tack coat/sand cushion as specified in design with over lap between adjacent strip as minimum 100 mm and transverse joints at ends as minimum 150 mm etc complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for forming 25 mm width expansion joints in concrete slab for full depth of PQC using high RPM Diamond bit cutter. The joint be cleaned and filled with pre-moulded compressible polyethylene form backup road of 30mm dia ,or filler board and then priming top 15mm with approved primer and filling with polyurethane based sealent complying with BS -5212, BS-4254 and EL 141875-203 minimum MAF ± 30% , applying masked tape on the edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealent and removing the masking tape after filling of sealent as per method specified by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. The joint sealing shall be carried out by original approved applicator with sealent having 10 years performance guarantee. Work shall be carried out under recommended temperature condition specified by the sealent manufacturer. Top level of joint sealent should be as per application temperature conditions and season to avoid sealent extrusion/failure.
M&L for cutting of construction joints 25mm deep X10mm wide using high RPM diamond bit cutter, cleaning of surface and filling with closed cell, medium density cross linked polyethylene backup road of 12mm dia ,application of bond bracker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joint, priming top 15mm with approved primer , applying masked tape on the edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealent and filling with polyurethene based sealent complying with BS-5212, BS-4254 and EN 141875-2003 and removing the masking after filling of sealent as per method specified by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. The joint shall be treated with a coat of lime wash , bituminus paint before the adjoining bay is laid. The joint sealing shall be carried out by original approved applicator with sealent having 10 years performance guarrentee. Work shall be carried out under recommended temperature conditioned specified by the sealent manufacturer. Top level of joint sealent should be as per application temperature conditions and season to avoid sealent extrusion/failure. Forming construction joint with olyethylene foam backer rod of 10mm dia, specified primer and filling with polyurethane based sealant, complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for Forming dummy/contraction joint using high RPM diamond cutter with and initial saw cut of 3 mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 1/3 to 1/4 the thickness of the slab, widening the first saw cut to 6mm width and 24 mm deep from the top. Joint to be filled with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8mm dia for complete length of the joint, priming the 15 mm with approved 15 mm with approved primer, applying masking tape on edge of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and filling with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212,BS-4254 and EN 141875-2003. The joint sealing shall be carried out by original approved applicator with sealant having 10 years performance guarantee. Work shall be carried out under recommended temperature condition specified by the sealant manufacturer. Top level of joint sealant should be as per application temperature conditions and season to avoid sealant extrusion/failure.
EOT Crane
Design Supply and fix , testing and commissioning outdoor type medium duty electrically operated FLAME PROOF double girder over head travelling crane (EOT) duty class M5 design and manufacturing in accordance to IS -3177 of 1999 , IS -807 of 2006 and IS 2148 capable to handle 10 (Ten Ton) capacity load (SWL) with centre to centre clear span 15 Mtr and 18 Mtrs travel length , longitudinal travel limited to 1.5 mtr away from the wall on both side suitable for 415 volt 3 phase 4 wire AC supply system, with necessary steel supporting structure with clear hook height 5.2 mtr from FFL including provision of gantry girder and rail ,bridge girder and rail , all electrical components, control cable of suitable size,limit switches,electrical control panel safety controlled etc, floor operated with moveable pendent controlled to be oprated by means of push button from floor level independently of crab, position with protative panel including down shop lead (DSL) trailing cable for CT motion and DSL of Feston type with FRLSH cable for LT motion complete all as including painting with fire resistant paint as per manufacturers instruction , specification all as per the standard norms including supply and fixing of suitable size Square bar rail as per manufacturer's instructions . All necessary civil work for installation of gantry girder and rail should be provided by the contractor. The motors are used specially crane duty suitable for frequent starting, reversing and braking in accordance with IS 325, motors are TEFC, dust proof, flame proof, insulation class F, IP-65 protection for hoisting CT & LT motions. The speed of motor shall be control using variable speed by installing VVF drive in the control panel. The wheel and hook should be coated with non ferrous metal to avoid metal to metal contact. Required speed are as below-Hoist - Main speed 3 mtr/ min , Creep speed 1 mtr/min Cross travel- Main speed 10 mtr/min , Creep speed 2 mtr/min lognitudal travel- Main speed 10 mtr/min , Creep speed 2 mtr/min
Note :- (i) Considering large span of the crane, Fabrication work of crane girder can be done at site. The joint will however not to be provided at the same points of maximum stress and jointing shall be tested all as per relevant IS in order to ensure strength at the joints is not less than the structure of the girder. (ii) Design of gantry girder shall be submitted to Engr-in-charge for approval (iii) Rate of gantry girder and rail included in the cost of item. (iv) The cost of 4 core PVC FRLSH copper power cable of suitable size with MS conduit pipe of suitable size from switch board to crane is deemed to be included with unit rate of item.

Rate for this including following (a) Drilling/boring of 150 mm dia upto to depth of 5m at the bottom of collection pit (b) Perforated pipe of 150mm dia with casing up to depth of 4.5m (c) Collection pit of size 2m x 2m and dept of 1.5m including excavation and removal of excavated soil to a distance of 50m. (d) RCC wall of collection pit as ring of size 100mm thick RCC in M-25 in entire depth of collection pit (e) 100mm thick PCC in1:4:8 at bed of collection pit
