Painting
Painting two coat with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint and approved priming coat over the cement surface complete including scrapping clean removal of dirt parts for crash barrier, safety kerb, hand rails, bridge bottom sides, deck slab bottom, abutment, return walls and retaining wall sides with approved quality and colour including cost and conveyance of all materials to site , labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications
Road Furnitures
Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms/ sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC - 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., complete (as per MORT&H specification no 803)
Providing and fixing of retro - reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory signs(with definition boards) made ot of high intensity prismatic grade sheeting conforming to Type- IV as per IRC 67-2012 and ASTM D 4956-09, speccification and fixed 2 mm thick aluminium sheet fixed over a back supporting frame of 25mm x 25mm x 3mm MS angle and supported on a mild steel angle post 75x75x6mm with a clear height not less than 2.1 m firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45x45x60cm. 60 cm below ground level etc., complete and in the bridge locations, the height of the post mentioned above is only tentative and it may be provided according to the site conditions and it has to be fixed to the crash barrier with necessary steel brackets or clamps and fixing with necessary joinaries and concrete. High intensity retro reflectro sheet shall consist of minimum coeff of retro reflection as per table 6.6 of IRC 67-2012. the retro reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 year warranty issued and a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC67-2012. The cost is inclusive of all the above items, labout, material charges etc., for providing and fixing as per MORT&H specification No. 801

Providing and fixing unidirectional or bi directional reflective pavement marker (RPM) or road studs bonded to or anchored within the road surface for lane marking and delineation for night time visibility with plastic body of RPM / Road studs moulded from ASA (acrylic strene acrylonitrite) of HIPS (high impact polystyrene). The marker shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280. Reflective panels shall consist of number of lanes containing single or dual prismatic cube capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face. Lenses shall be moulded of methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D 788 or equivalent etc., complete (As per technical specification of NHAI clause A-8)
Supplying and installation of Delineators (Road way indicators, Hazard markers, object markers), 80-100 cm above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, burried or pressed in to the ground conforming to IRC 79 etc., complete( as per MoRT&H Sp, No.805)
Providing fixing of Rigid Median Marker double sided made of polycarbonate for impact resistance and good weather ability. Polycarbonate used for molding the median marker shall have a minimum Izod impact strength value of 600 J/m at room temperature. The impact strength of the poly carbonate should not decrease to less than 70% of its initial value on being subjected to UV weathering as per ASTM G 155 for 1000 hours or exposure to 2 years of natural weathering. The body of the median marker shall be in the form of an isosceles trapezoidal structure of length 15 cm height and width of 10 x 10 cm. The median marker shall have fluorescent yellow retro - reflective sheeting confirming to Type XI specifications as per ASTM D 4956. Area of reflective sheeting should not be less than 70 cm2. Edge of retro reflective shall be concealed using a grill/ mesh/similar mechanism to prevent vandalism and sheeting pilferage. The logo of the manufacturer shall be embossed and painted in contrasting colour on both side of median marker for distinct identification. for providing and fixing as per MORT&H specification No. 801.

Providing and fixing of Retro Reflectorized Overhead Cantilever Informatory sign made of cube corner Micro Prismatic grade sheeting conforming to Type XI standards of IRC67 - 2012 and ASTMD4956 - 09, specification and fixed over 2mm thick aluminum sheet fixed on back supporting frame mild steel L angle of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm. The Vertical support post for the installation of overhead sign Gantry shall be made of 300NB (Nominal Bore) MS Pipe with 12mm thick with a ground clearance of 6 meters along with 80NB (Nominal Bore) MS Pipe with 4mm thick and 40NB (Nominal Bore) MS Pipe with 3.20mm thick support posts. MS Base plate of size 1200mm x 1200mm x 25mm and MS Top plate of size 900mm x 1650mm x 16mm to be used to hold the sign board at the top and bottom respectively. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be covered under 10 years warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years Outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67-2012 (As per MoRT&H specification No.801).Cantilever sign shall be installed at the site as per the approved structural and foundation drawing provided in the tender document and including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, machineries to worksite, including all labour charges for fixing the gantry in position with all leads and lifts, loading charges and necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer-incharge etc., complete.
