S/R to road from Mudhenpali to Sardhabahal Ch 0/000 to 1/900 Km in the district of Sambalpur for the year 2026-27.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone agregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform thickness with paver in sub base/ base course on the prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works.

Clearing the existing black topped surface with removal of forein materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/ or compressed air to receive bituminious treatment etc. complete.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm. on the prepared bituminious/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per clause 503 of MORTH & H specification for road and bridge works ( 4rth Revision ) etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineering in charge.

Labour for laying 20mm thick premix carpet using 0.23 cum of 13.20 mm to 5.60 mm size crushed stone chipping and 12.70 kg penetration grade of bitumen for 9.29 sqm including hire and running charges of PRR,hot mix plant,bitumen boiller and all other T&P articles including cost and conveyance of chips and bitumen complete as per specification and direction of the Engineering in charge.

Labour for laying 6mm thick precoated sealcoat Type-B using 6.8kg Bitumen and 0.06cum of 6mm size chips per 10 sqm etc. complete as per direction of the Engineering in charge.
