Carrying out the work of Shifting of existing HT/LT lines and Transformers in Mysore Airport in extended run way area on TTK basis at Marase village limits in O&M Kadakola Section, Chamundipuram Sub Division, NR mohalla Division, Mysore under DCW Scheme

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

The Bidder should have executed works of similar nature under Total Turnkey basis in any Government Utility/PSU/ESCOMS, worth not less than 50% of amount put to tender in any one of the previous Five financial years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25. Note: The value of the completed works shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited.Original scanned Work Award and corresponding Work Completion Certificates issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Equivalent rank Officer of respective Government Utility/PSU/ESCOMS to be uploaded.

The Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. FY-, 2020-21, 2021-2022, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25, achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover not less than the value of amount put to tender.Note: Updated to the FY in which the tenders are invited. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited. Original scanned Annual turnover certificate, audited balance sheet, Profit and Loss Statement duly certified by Chartered Accountant to be uploaded.

The liquid assets (Cash at Bank plus Terms Deposits plus availability of fund-based credit/OD facilities) of the bidder on or after the date of notification of tender, in any Nationalized/Scheduled Commercial Bank shall not be less than 25% of the amount put to tender. Cash at Bank plus Term Deposits plus availability of credit facility/Overdraft shall be supported by a certificate issued by any Nationalised/Scheduled commercial bank in the prescribed format to be uploaded.

Bidder shall possess a valid Class-I/Super Grade Electrical Contractor License issued by Government Electrical Inspectorate Authority or competent authority of GOI and should be eligible to take up electrical line works in Karnataka. Original scanned Class-I/Super Grade Electrical License to be uploaded.

The bidder shall possess valid EPF, ESI, GST registration, Labour License, and PAN Card. Original scanned documents to be uploaded.

The bidder should not have been Blacklisted or declared as a Defaulter by any Government Department/PSU/ESCOMS in Karnataka or in any other state. Self-declaration in this regard on Rs.500 Stamp Paper to be uploaded.

The bidder shall obtain a consent letter from the manufacturers having his unit in CESC jurisdiction, from whom bidder intends to procure the major materials like Rabbit ACSR and Poles. Such manufacturers should have supplied materials against direct purchase orders to any of the ESCOMs in Karnataka, in any one of the previous five financial years. 1)Firm registration for having its Manufacturing Unit of Rabbit ACSR & Poles in CESC Jurisdiction from the respective Manufacturers.2) Consent letter from the above Manufacturers in the prescribed format 3) Supply & Performance Certificate for at least one year with corresponding Purchase Order from any ESCOMs in Karnataka from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer (Ele) for having supplied Rabbit ACSR & Poles from the respective Manufacturers to be uploaded.

Bidder who meets the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified if, their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity (A multiply N multiply1.5 minus B), A is Maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to FY 2024-25 price level), considering the completed as well as works in progress. N is Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B is Value, at FY 2024-25 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the proposed contract period.The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent or Charted Accountant.
