M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid over cement screed base laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including rubbing and plishing complete all as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including rubbing and plishing complete all as directed.

Formwork to chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges , for rough surface of concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregrate in Chajjas; all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F for mild steel TMT bars(Fe-500D) 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clip all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for mild steel TMT bars(Fe-500D) 6mm to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clip all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab as specified below and directed (a) Cleaning the surface with wire brush/coir brush, removing all loose materials like dust particles, dirt etc (b) Applying 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 with WPC on vertical surfaces (c) Creating fillet coving of 50X50mm size with polymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and vertical surfaces (d) Apply first coat of two component modified polymer coating on the horizontal and vertical surfaces (e) Provn of glass fiber mesh of 2X2mm immediately on above coating (f) Apply second coat of two component modified polymer coating as per requirement (g) Cement concrete 1:5:10 over the coating as per requirement (h) Joining the sanitary pipes with the water proofing tape having ability of more than 1.5mm (i) Filling the gap between wall opening and sanitary pipe with non shrink cementanious grout complete all as specified Note : (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engr-in-charge. The name of firm shall be got approved from GE before carrying out the work. (ii) The plan area of floor and vertical surfaces shall be considered for payment (iii) PCC filling in sunken area will be measured and paid seperately

M&L for PCC (1:5:10) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as filling of sunken floors/bottom and side of drain complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of brick tiles in floor laid dry and pointed in cement morter complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof Padding etc and slope 1:40 complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Roof treatment to RCC roof as follows:- (a) Cleaning the roof surfaces thoroughly using wire brusehes to remove sharp projections, cleaning joints, washing, drying and removing all dirt/dust to receive concrete padding/plaster etc. (b) Providing 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) with WPC, finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (c) Providing one coat of approved bituminous primer @100 gms per sqm, over dried plastered surface. (d) Laying 3 mm thick APP membrane Plain finish reinforced with non woven polyster fabric, by torch application. The overlapping while torching shall be 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on the transverse direction complete all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge. Make : STP Dr Fixit/Pidilite, Texsa India Ltd/Tikitar Dansona/Bengal Bitumen Notes : (i) All joints and change in directions should be covered wih cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml/bag of cement/as per site reqmt and cured well before laying membrane by torching. (ii) All angles and abuttments should be sealed well with extra care to ensure full bondage. (iii) Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by approved authorised applicator of manufacturer only. The name of firm shall be got approved from GE before carrying out the wk. (iv) The independent testing of membrane for technical parameters given in particular specifications shall be carried out from Govt approved labs having fascilities for testing of membrane. (v) The guarnatee of treatment shall be for min 10 yrs reckoned from date of completion of whole wk.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, and like rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames n.exc 1.5 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m but n.exc 4.0 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all specified and directed directed.

Taking down existing shutter and refixing in same opening shutters of any description exc 1.0 Sqm but not exc 2.0 Sqm each all as specified and directed. (Note:- 'Refixing' includes taking down, easing and adjusting and also refixing builders hardware as required including renewal of unserviceable screws, etc.)

Supply and fixing of Fibre glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) door frame of required colour of cross-section 90mm x 45mm having single ribate of 32mm x 15mm to recieve shutter of 30mm thick including laminated door frame moulded with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyster resin and chopped strand mat(CSM) also door frame laminated shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block of 2nd class hard wood, frame shall be covered with fibre glass from all sides. MS stay flat iron 25mm x 3mm shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing of 30 mm thick glass fibre reinforced plastic (FRP) paneled door shutter conferming to IS:14856-2000 of required colour and made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyster resin,moulded to 3mm thick FRP laminated for forming hollow rails and style with suitable second class hardwood timber block inside at required places for fixing of fittings,cast molithically with 5mm thick FRP laminated for panels including fixing to frames,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

S & F for Pressed steel frames size of frame 105 X 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete all specified and directed.

S & F for Pressed steel frames size of frame 125 X 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete all specified and directed.

S&F for 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces.
