REPAIRS TO ROOF TREATMENT, FLOORING, SEEPAGE, LEAKAGE, SUNKEN PORTION TREATMENT, SANITARY FITTING AND CONNECTED WORKS IN CERTAIN MD ACCN AND OTM BLDGS AT VAYUSENABAD AF STN TUGHLAKABAD UNDER GE (AF) TUGHLAKABAD

M&L for 12mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down loose cement plaster on brick, stone walls and concrete surfaces(except above mention in description 1 area) of any description/position etc including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- All works to be carried out up to Approx 12 mtr height. Rates included to the necessary steel scaffolding required for execution of works upto Approx 12 mtr height from ground floor. No extra claim by the contractor for same. All dismantling/demolished material removed from MOD land completely. Rate of removal outside side from MoD land deemed to be included in the same item.

M&L 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on concrete surface as in ceiling finished even and smooth w/o using extra complete including taking down loose cement plaster on brick, stone walls and concrete surfaces(except above mention in description 1 area) of any description/position etc including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- All works to be carried out up to Approx 12 mtr height .Rates included to the necessary steel scaffolding required for execution of works upto Approx 12 mtr height from ground floor. M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint (APEX) of approved colour complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height. All splashes marks during working shall be cleaned on floor, wall or any furniture present at site.

M&L preparing newly surfaces of ceilings and applying three coat of white wash on new surface all as specified.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of Oil Bound distemper over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty on wall, complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old surfaces of walls by all as spfd and filling cracks hole by applying walls and ceiling putty(multipurpose mixer will be user for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion white or coloured by auto roller complete incl removal of nails etc and grinding where necessary all as spfd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and cornices and applying two coat of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (Apex) of approved colour/pattern upto 4th storey including necessary scaffolding all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height. All splashes marks during working shall be cleaned on floor, wall or any furniture present at site.

Taking down old existing roof treatment of any type including mud fuska & brick tile and removing from MoD Land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for roof top surface for roof treatment using application of water proofing treatment by authorised applicator complete all as specified and as directed and comprising of the followings:- (a) Preparation of roof top surfaces and cleaning all the dust and loose material by brush/blower/grinder including removing of vegetation/plantation from the surface and providing and applying single component elastic cold applied polyurethane modified acrylic roofing system, co-elastic technology (CET) based on modified polyurethane and fully fibre reinforced, having sun reflectivity index (SR) of 109 on top of concrete roof surfaces. (b) All cracks up to 3 mm at corner joints, channel and parapets shall be treated with crack seal. (c) Brushing roof surface with neat cement slurry at the rate of 3.00kg of cement per Sqm after cleaning the concrete surface. (d) PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate of desired thickness as directed to maintain to slope/gradient and finishing surface of concrete topping even and smooth without using extra cement. (e) Laying 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 on PCC padding with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as per manufacturer's instructions. (f) Applying three coats including one coat of primer of polyurethane membrane having coverage @ min 0.75kg/m2 and dilution up to 10% and laying reinforced fiber net and applying two coats of polyurethane membrane @ total consumption 2 kg/m2 in two coats for maintaining minimum dry film thickness 1.5mm and elongation at break of free film of approx 350%. (g) The materials shall be applied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge (Note : 6 Hrs interval between two coat shall be maintained). (h) All auxiliary and accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of system. Note :- (i) The water proofing treatment shall be carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators duly approved by GE in writing. (ii) Checking the roof slab by any method as per standard engineering practice till total elimination of leakage /seepage / dampness shall be removed by the method as per manufacturers instructions. (iii) Necessary scaffolding, props, support wherever required deemed to be included in quoted rates as the work shall be executed at height varying from 10-20 mtrs
