2. Repairs and modification to vacuum pump along with modification to electric panel of vacuum System installed in the old oxygen plant room of Govt. SMHS Hospital Srinagar

Complete rewinding, testing and commissioning of 10 HP three phase, 440V, 50Hz, 1455 RPM electric motor of vacuum pump with superior quality enamel coated and insulated copper wire after extracting the burnt one. Impregation of rewound coils with suitable quality of insulating varnish and drying it by suitable means. The job further includes repairs to worn out bearing seat etc by way of re-metalling and machining. the job also includes providing and fitting of ball bearing of SKF make respectively after extracting of damaged one.(old part to be retained by the firm).

Dismounting of the following damaged protective and preventative devices installed inside the oxygen plant of SMHS hospital by way of disconnecting all damaged cables ec. The job later includes providing and fitting of new 15 Hp D.O.L starter having power rating of 32 Amp and 11 KW. All tools and tackles, necessary nut bolts etc required for the job shall be provided by the contractot/ firm. 01 No. be kept in buffer stock to meet any fault/exergency.

Providing and fitting of 63 Amp 3 pole MCCB with breaking capacity of 16 KA at 240 volts and 10 KA at 415 volts.

Providing and fitting of un armoured 3 core, 10 sq-mm multi stranded XLPE copper cable from main control panel to 02 No. vacuum pumps.

Providing and fitting of new copper bus bar in place of old aluminium busbar of 100 Amp.
