Taking down ceiling fan of any make & sweep by disconnecting clips, lock nuts etc. from existing position of any height. (Note- Repair & maintenance shall be paid seperately under relevant items)

Hanging only ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep after repair & maintenance.

M&L for painting of ceiling fan/ Exhaust fan/wall circulator complete,in situ/lying in store with synthetic enamel paint (white colour) by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc.

M&L for removing of old burnt winding of fan any type and rewinding the stator with superior quality super enamelled copper wire of suitable size including insulation drying after varnishing complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair bearing suitable for ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep ISI marked.

S&F in repair fan down rod of size 2' (60cm) suitable for ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep complete.

S&F in repair of rubber shackle and split pin with galvanised clamp complete with nuts, bolts washer, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repair 2 core PVC insulated flexible copper wire multistranded of size 0.75sqmm from ceiling rose to fan connector.

S&F in replacement canopy made of plastic complete with nut bolt for fixing in position suitable for ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep.

S&F in repair of top and bottom cover suitable for ceiling fan complete including nut and bolts as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of spindle for ceiling fan of any type and any make complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of stator for ceiling fan of any type and any make complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of rotor for ceiling fan of any type and any make including accessories complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of blade for ceiling fan of size 1200 mm any type and any make complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of blade for ceiling fan of size 1400mm any type and any make complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Fan regulator electronic flush type 100 w suitable for ceiling fan complete.

S&F in repair of capacitor 2.5 mfd ISI marked complete all as directed.

Taking down Exhaust fan of any make & size from existing position of any height for repair, maintenance and refixing the same after neccesary repair complete all as directed. Notes (i) The defective parts to be replaced and shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch. (ii) Cost of minor items i.e. Screws, nut & bolts etc shall be deemed to be included in the above item.

S&F in repair ball bearing (ISI marked) for exhaust fan of 300/380mm sweep capacities.

S&F in replacement of louver suitable for exhaust fan of 450mm sweep all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of louver suitable as per existing exhaust fan of 300/380mm sweep all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing of old burnt winding of exhaust fan 450mm sweep motor and rewinding the same with superior quality super enamelled copper wire of suitable size including insulation, drying after varnishing complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for removing of old burnt winding of exhaust fan 300/380mm sweep motor and rewinding the same with superior quality super enamelled copper wire of suitable size including insulation, drying after varnishing complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down wall fan/ air circulator of any make & size from existing position of any height for repair, maintenance and refixing the same after neccesary repair complete all as directed. S&F in repair metal bush for wall fan of any cap/ any size sweep complete.

M&L for removing of old burnt winding of wall fan/air circulator 400/450mm sweep motor and rewinding the same with superior quality super enamelled copper wire of suitable size including insulation, drying after varnishing complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for removing of old burnt winding of wall fan/air circulator 600mm sweep motor and rewinding the same with superior quality super enamelled copper wire of suitable size including insulation, drying after varnishing complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair of capacitor 6 mfd ISI marked complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of PVC body fresh air ventilation unit of size 200mmx200mm , 230V AC, 50 Hz , flat/round type low noise with inbuilt louver complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge .

S&F in replacement of PVC body fresh air ventilation unit of size 250mmx250mm 230V AC, 50 Hz , flat/round type low noise with inbuilt louver complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge .

M&L for servicing of ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/ wall fan any type any size and model , on site cleaning and lubrication of moving parts, tightening of all nuts , bolts, safety pin etc and ensuring no loose connection for electrical as well as mechanical connection
