Taking out carefully outdoor unit after disconnecting all incoming and outgoing electric, drain & copper pipe connection of 3 phase, 3 TR AC and dismantling complete outdoor unit and keeping parts like Compressor 3 phase, Condensing unit, fan motor 3 phase, blade, single phase preventer, overload relay, LP & HP Switch etc. in safe custody for reuse (Serviceable parts ) at site after cleaning and servicing reassembling complete and fixing on same position and testing for entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note: New spare parts such as Compressor 3 phase, Condensing unit, fan motor 3 phase, blade assembly, single phase preventer, overload relay, LP & HP Switch, Refrigerant, drain pipe, Copper pipe, electric cable and charging of gas etc., as required will be measured and paid under appropriate items

Note: New spare parts such as indoor fan motor, fan motor blade, single phase sensor, PCB display, sub-zero display , refrigerant , drain pipe, Copper pipe, electric cable and charging of gas etc., as required will be measured and paid under appropriate items.

Supply only outdoor unit body cover, made out of mild steel duly powder coated, suitable for outdoor unit of capacity 3TR, 3 Phase AC all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only indoor unit body cover, made out of stainless steel, suitable for 3TR, 3 Phase cold storage type, air conditioners all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only 3 TR compressor for AC, 3 Phase, 415 volts all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only outdoor unit blower motor, electric driven, suitable for 3TR, 3 Phase, 415 volts, cold storage type AC all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out defective / burnt out compressor unit after disconnecting all incoming and outgoing electric connection, nut/bolts etc. from the outdoor unit of 5 TR capacity AC and supplying & installing new compressor unit of same capacity i.e. 3 Phase, 415 volts , suitable for 5 Ton capacity out door unit and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out defective / burnt out motor after disconnecting all incoming and outgoing electric connection, nut/bolts etc. from the outdoor unit of AC 8.5 TR capacity and supplying & installing new electric motor of same capacity i.e. 3 Phase, 415 volts , suitable for 8.5 Ton capacity out door unit and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out defective / burnt out motor after disconnecting all incoming and outgoing electric connection, nut/bolts etc. from the outdoor unit of AC 5/ 5.5 TR capacity and supplying & installing new electric motor of same capacity i.e. 3 Phase, 415 volts , suitable for 5/ 5.5 Ton capacity out door unit and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out defective PCB unit from the 3 phase, 3 to 8.5 TR capacities AC and carrying to service center for repairing and refixing in position in same place and testing after necessary repairs complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out defective PCB unit from the 1.5/ 2 TR capacities AC and carrying to service center for repairing and refixing in position in same place and testing after necessary repairs complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F as in repairs PCB units suitable for inverter type AC of capacity 1.5/2 TR complete and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out defective / burnt out blower motor after disconnecting all incoming and outgoing electric connection, nut/bolts etc. from the indoor unit of 5/ 5.5 TR capacity of AC and supplying & installing new electric blower motor of same capacity, and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing outdoor unit of AC of capacity, 2 Ton, Single phase, 230 Volts all weather type complete including taking out old one & all incoming and outgoing connection and all necessary fixing arrangements & testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
