Construction of 1 Nos E type quarter at Odapada Section Office under Dhenkanal (R and B) Division in the District of Dhenkanal for the year 2025-26 (Ltr no.42797 dt.13.11.2025) (Building Work)

Earth work excavation in foundation trenches in hard soil including hard moorum stony earth mixed with stone and boulders (except sheet rocks and boulders required blasting) including dressing and leveling the bed up to required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from work site with all leads and lifts T&P shoring shuttering dewatering if required etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including watering, ramming including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials, all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete (measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only).

Cement concrete of propertion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 40mm size clean hard black cursher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level ramming watering curing centering & shuttering etc. complete including cost conveyance royalty of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

RCC work of M-20 in column, beams, roof slab,Sloped Roof Slab,Stair Case, lintel and chajja, fins, shelves and floors slab in all floors having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) 200kg/cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using 10mm size to 20mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips (10mm size 40% & 20mm size 60%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting lowering laying and compacting concrete with centering & shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary and providing required No. of fan hooks as required including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of MS rod / Tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending binding and tying the grills.(In all Floors) Column base & Foundation
