Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 in walls, complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete solid building blocks type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in mortar 1:4, complete in walls all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1(20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Kerb stone/bond stone apex stone bed plate, watertroughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, complete all as specified and directed. or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

Flush pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. Including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and directed. Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick works or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement morter 1:4 with on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound measured and paid separately as required.

Two coats of Distempering wall with distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty, including a coat of primer and preparation of new surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new plastered on wall and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

Two coats of cement paint over a coat of priming plastered and other surfaced with alkali resistant priming paint including preparation of new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall or in door, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section post embeded in concrete brick work,masonery etc including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel work as in posts and strut in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexogonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other , or screwed both ends , each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexogonal or square nut 5 to 10 mm dia and exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- MS nut bolts, round bars and flats etc shall be measured and paid seperately under relavent items as supply only)

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS in flat ,round or square bars in available length confirming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) including drilling holes notching for fixing nuts & bolts etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to existing chainlink fencing including strenthing, tighting, and binding with new or old fencing post/flat iron/nut bolt etc or necessary welding, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:fencing post/flat iron/nut bolt etc required as new item will be measured and paid supply only under item no 26 above)

Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to existing galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining including strenthing,tighting, and binding with new or old fencing post/flat iron/nut bolt etc. complete all as directed.(Note:fencing post/flat iron/nut bolt etc as required, will be measured and paid separately.

Concertina coil of gauge 2.6mm and using coil of 61 cm dia of approved make coil over MS angle brackets with barbed wire, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed (Barbed wire and MS Angle will be measured and paid separately).

Repair to existing concertina coil of gauge 2.6mm and using coil of 61 cm dia including strenthing,tighting, and binding with new or old fencing post/flat iron/nut bolt etc. , complete all as specified and directed.(Note:fencing post/flat iron/nut bolt etc required as new item will be measured and paid separately

Two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coats of red oxide primer including prepration of new/previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surface of any description not otherwise described steel and iron surface over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic eanmel paint of any colour, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 33 here in before but not exceeding 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated plsatered or unplastered surface of walls including scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc. and applying one coat of white washing, complete all as specified and directed.

Two coats of cement based over a coat of priming plastered and other surfaced with alkali resistant priming paint including preparation of old surface after complete removal of existing treatment , complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated surface of wall and applying one coat of cement based paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion apex paint (weather coat) over a coat of approved primer, complete all as specified and directed.
