S & F in repair Steel rolling shutter ( thickness of lath 1.25mm thick) without ball bearing as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated etc, complete gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or any pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, drilling of screws/ankher fastners suitable legth GI, J or L hooks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 1 mm thick GI sheeting in ridges hips, valley gutters, drip etc necessary screwing of the sheets in the valley gutter area and refixing the same position and complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 2 mm fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting of a similar pattern as that of PPGI sheet with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw, GI 'J' or 'L' hooks in roof complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair (except sheeting) for pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, drilling of screws / ankher fastner suitable legth GI, J or L hooks in roof existing sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Asbestos Cement (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 6 mm thick Asbestos Cement sheet, corrugated, or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc. and fixed with J hook or cranked bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old 6 mm thick Asbestos Cement sheet, corrugated, or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc. and fixed with J hook or Cranked bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chipping, removing carefully loose / damaged concrete including plastering (total thickness exceeding 40mm but not exceeding 60mm) from surfaces of RCC members, in any location by low impact Hammer / Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning the surfaces with wire brush etc and disposal of debris outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed. Note : Hard concrete shall not be removed by force.
